Got the base Kalbijim Beef, mild spice, white rice, and cheese topping. Was absolutely amazing. Sadly my smaller friends couldn't keep eating.Was a little loud, had to shout to my friends, and not because of traffic.
Good food as usual. Had both the kalbijjim and also the seolleongtang - both hit the spot. Make sure to put your name on the Yelp waitlist as early as possible if you're going on a weekend night.Update 4/18/24: galbijjim is still bomb, though it became more expensive. Use Yelp waitlist!

we actually wanted to eat korean bbq with a grill and then came across a different kind of korean bbq - luckily for us. the food was bombastic. five of us went to eat and ordered a big pot for everyone. all the ingredients (meat, vegetables, cheese and spices) were so extremely delicious. definitely worth a visit if you make a trip to japantown.
