The food was amazing and the chef was engaging and fun. My friend and I both got the Omakase (as well as several other one-off orders). The fish was exceptional and the rice was perfect.

Fenikusu is one of favorite sushi restaurants. If you like Ju-Ni, The Shota, Wako, Hinata, you'll enjoy Fenikusu but in a different great way. The quality is terrific and at a neighborhood friendly price point. Please note that Fenikusu is about sushi so expect great, delicious Otoro and no California rolls. Lastly, it's a super date night spot!
