“Best Indian fusion place in the area! A little sketchy to go at night but just don't walk around the area too much! Pani puri: SO GOOD, I've never had pani that tasted this good that wasn't in India. It was stuffed with the potato and Chana and it was spicey and just everything I wanted. We also tried the green pizza with chicken and the sauce was actually spicy. It had great flavor and one pizza was plenty for the 4 of us with an appetizer and another dish. Chicken“

“The best birria tacos in sf hands down. Birria tacos are supposed to be CRISPY and these are crispy!! if you eat the tacos there you get them nice and hot with the delicious melting cheese. i love birria, i get it at every taco place I go to, i even had it in mexico but it's really the best at La vaca birria. and plus is halal so it's not cooked in lard. when we walked in people were telling us how good the food was; I swear if you try this place you won't be disappointed. Perfect place to eat for cinco de mayo!! please try this place, it will be your new go-to, you will never be able to eat birria any where else. The staff was noticeably overwhelmed, they definitely weren't equipped for how many people walked in. but i would highly recommend!!“

“I got Karahi Gosht and it was authentic and flavorful. Serving quantity was decent as well. I live in the South Bay and most places over there don't get this dish right. 5* from me, for the Karahi Gosht and Naan. Service understandably took some time because they make it fresh and piping hot. And I went there in between performances of standup comedy at Cobb's next door.“

“Tasty lunch to have during the work week. A bit on the pricier side. Order at the counter and sit down if you'd like to dine in. They have a water jug where you can pour yourself water. I haven't eaten at any location outside of Fremont until now. Cashier/workers were all very nice. It did take around 10 minutes for them to prepare my order, but it came out hot and steaming. Although I had the Fremont location a few years ago, I will say this location tastes very similar but not quite the same. Still - very tasty and I would come back if I was working in the city again. The afghan bread was warm and soft. Chicken and beef were both cooked well and tender (3 pieces each). The shornakhud was tangy and fresh.“

“I love this restaurant. Not many places have Haleem and Nihari, but this one does! Everything we had was delicious. I ordered chicken Haleem and my fiancé has the Paneer Tikka Masala. The paneer masala was flavorful with a slight sweetness. The naan was huge! And the aloo naan was delicious as well.“

“Truly the most delicious meat I've ever tasted! I highly recommend it. Especially the lemon chicken, onion pancake, spicy beef stew, and lamb shank. The lamb shank was cooked to perfection, the meat was incredibly tender. The same goes for the lemon chicken, which falls apart the moment you touch it. I will DEFINITELY COMING BACK, I LOVED IT!“

“I stumbled upon this place after having a few drinks at bamboo bar, and I was glad that I did! I ordered the sucio, and a side of potato salad . The chicken sandwich was made perfectly, and it was juicy! It just needed extra sauce, which came at an additional cost of $1.25, for a small container (insert sad broke face) . The potato salad needed a bit more flavor too. The service was really chill, and even offered to let me charge my phone while I was waiting! Over all I would most definitely stop by, and try my sandwich with another side.“

“Mashaallah started out as a food truck but now has a stall in the food court of Westfield San Francisco. Despite its humble appearance, this small business offered some of the best Pakistani food I've had in the city from its steam table of freshly-prepared meat and vegetable curries. A star dish here (which came recommended by Soleil Ho) was the Lamb Korma, made of super tender, lean, meaty chunks of lamb in a spiced curry. On my combination plate, I also got the Chana Masala (chickpea curry) and the Palak Paneer (cheese cubes in a velvety puréed spinach sauce), served along with rice. Every item was delicately spiced and flavorful without being too salty, and the garnishes of raw onion and cilantro brought out the freshness of the dishes. On the side, I also had an order of Garlic Naan (another star item), which was perfectly soft and chewy and had a wonderful flavor and aroma from the garlic and herbs. Overall, the food here was absolutely delicious, and the owners were so friendly and hospitable too!“

“Live around the block n when I always walk past that grill it got me hungry lol. I don’t come too often as I usually grab food from work going home but when I do this is the spot to cure that sandwich craving. The cute cat is a bonus ✌?“

“My quest for good falafels in the Bay area finally comes to and end. The crunch, the spices, the bread - perfect.Potatoes and eggs needed some salt - they were okayish, the Hummus, pita and falafels (even the stuffed ones) were awesome. Background: partly grew up in the Mediterranean. So I think I know good what good falafels should crunch and taste like.“

One suggestion will be that if they can provide red chutney with momo that will be beyond perfect, definitely will visit again“

“Recently visited San Francisco with my family, and found this amazing pakistani food truck in presidio tunnel tops, and the food there was absolutely amazing im absolutely astonished at how delicious everything is. Foods like halva puri platter, chappli burger, CTM loaded fries, chicken churga platter and the special rabbery falooda were my absolute favourites. Its really got that authentic taste, really reminds me of the food back in Pakistan. Highly recommend this place 10/10. The owner and staff are very friendly and the service is quite fast. I'll definitely come back here to try the food again whenever I visit San Francisco!“

“Best food on campus. Been a regular here for years. The customer service is always fantastic and the food quality has always been amazing. I've been coming here regularly at least once a week for 9 years now. The chicken over rice is my main meal and I could not recommend it any higher to you.“

“Dear Diary - First time trying Chicken G and I definitely enjoyed the patience and recommendation they offered. Their chicken was juicy and the crust was amazingly crunchy! I had a side of fries which was well seasoned and they provided complimentary sauces to try. Will definitely try other offerings when I am back in town.“

“Gosh, I absolutely LOVE Sajj. It is so quick, perfect when you're in a rush, but still want something yummy and healthy. Think mediterranean-style Chipotle. I love the chicken shawafel or pomegranate chicken bowl. Every single topping on there is a perfect fit. I usually get all the spreads and can't choose a favorite. You can't go wrong with the toppings, but I usually add the sumac cauliflower, onions, cucumbers, cherry peppers, arugula, and mint leaves, finished off with either the spicy tahini or cilantro mint chutney. I know some people love the lentil soup. The baklava is so flaky and nutty. Most of the locations I've been to are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is helpful and pack on the toppings on your bowl. I absolutely LOVE Sajj, I even have a loyalty/newsletter (which I almost never do). Definitely recommend.“

“This was the random spot I picked to have dinner in SF. Was in the area purchasing a vehicle and decided to give it a try. The cashier was very patient with us and was smiling the entire time we were there. He seemed like an easy-going, content individual. Order to go but decided to eat there in the outdoor dining area. The gentleman was quick to pull us a heater (it was cold and windy-SF). Such great customer service and the food was delicious. We both enjoyed the lamb plate. Everything had excellent flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. I rarely go to SF but if I'm ever in the area, I'd consider coming here again.“

“I have been going to pronto pizza for awhile and the food has always been great but this new cream lemon mushroom pizza is phenomenal. The crunch of the crust is just right and the tangy lemon goes great. Definitely will be ordering it again soon.“

“This is my favorite desi restaurant in the bay area that I discovered recently. The chicken tikka masala is perfection with the white rice. Also the mango lassi is amazing. I believe this location is now closed as I walked by the other day and the people working inside said it's going to be a Mediterranean restaurant now. If anyone knows if Lahore Karahi is moving to a new location, please update their listing. The other restaurants don't know how to make chicken tikka masala.“

“Upon arrival I was able to order right away. I particularly valued its location on the quieter and cleaner side of the Tenderloin. Opting for the mix-and-match meal, I selected spicy lemon pepper and garlic parmesan as my chosen flavors. Priced at $18, including fries and a drink, the meal was reasonably priced. However, the spicy lemon pepper flavor was somewhat over-seasoned, suggesting a need for a lighter toss to avoid overpowering the palate. The overall taste was good, albeit a bit intense. I would consider ordering this flavor again with a lighter toss in the sauce. On a positive note, the GP boneless wings were a delightful surprise. Bursting with juiciness and flavor, they proved to be a highlight of the meal. Similar to the spicy lemon pepper, I would recommend a more restrained use of the sauce for a more balanced experience. Despite this minor adjustment, I would undoubtedly order this flavor again. In summary, while there were seasoning nuances to be mindful of, the overall experience was positive, and the GP boneless wings left a lasting impression.“
