My first omikase was truly a memorable experience. We sat at the bar and witnessed how chef Kayo masterfully prepared every creation. I loved how he made his sashimi, that artistic, flowy like movement that only chefs can do. The food is so good and fresh. I love everything I had. The appetizer is well curated and i ate all of it. I had the sake flight which was a good selection. The milk tea ice cream with sprinkles of chopped pistachios the bomb for me. I will go back for sure
This place was amazing!!! I was trying to find a omakase that was worth the price point but still delicious and didn't skimp out on quality and quantity and this was the place. I've been to Japan and have done omakase there but this place was AMAZING and very comparable. The service is 10/10, the fish was so fresh and every single bite was so unique and delicious. Best sushi in the West Coast. Not only amazing fish, but it is evident the great effort that goes in designing the menu, the aburi, the ume, the shiso. All with amazing service and warmth.
