This is the Best Chinese Restarant I have ever eaten. Every single bite of food I ordered., and we must have a 12 dishes) was great..the dim sum dumplings are just out of the park. Creative choices and so flavorful and Just delicious. The service was gentle and slow and not noisy. I can see why they got a Michelin star last year. I ate too much but that's OK. This was worth it. The lemon tart at the end was so good. Will be back soon.
I was a loyal customer when this restaurant was Hong Kong Lounge II on the corner of Geary and Parker. After a gas explosion destroyed the location, I hoped the chef would open a new place nearby. Although this location is not in my neighborhood it is relatively easy to get to - and I found convenient street parking! I'm delighted to say that HK Lounge Bistro is fantastic - outstanding service, and food that is terrific. We enjoyed dumplings to start and our party of 4 was wowed...read full review

This was as good as yesterday's lunch .we had dim sum first then had entrees my fav was the ribeye Perfectly cooked and delicious. The heritage pork was also excellent. And the fried coating on the pork was light and tasty. We topped it off with the custard at the end to die for. Ted and Lucy did a great job again
