I like this place! Really friendly service; they were very accommodating. I wandered in because I needed a quiet place to chill and do some work. Their patio wasn't exactly ready but they let me eat out there anyway. The portions are huge! Not the biggest fan of the Chile relleno but rice and beans were on point!
Best thing about Mission District is the abundance of great food. So many places to try. This little gem has a different take on Mexican Cuisine, it specializes in Yucatan homemade dishes.If you want something other than street taco or burrito get you a Plate of meat with sauce served with blended black beans and rice. We came here for dinner since many restaurants were closed during thanksgiving night in the Mission. Their interior looks festive, cleanliness is ok 3 stars Food was decent but not spectacular 3.5 stars Service was friendly 4 stars We ordered Mole Chicken, the chicken was tender but the mole sauce needed more flavor. My husband ordered the poc chuc that came with tortillas which was freshly made, it was the best dish from our orders.
