I had a great time during my last visit to The Progress while my parents were in town visiting. We tried: dumplings, artichoke toast, seaweed noodles, lamb and the classic duck. The dumplings were our least favorite - it was a bit heavy and not as flavorful at the same time. I'm generally just okay on artichoke, but I surprisingly really enjoyed the artichoke toast. This restaurant has been on my list for a while, and I finally checked it out recently. It didn't disappoint! They release reservations 30 days in advance through OpenTable. If you want to secure some prime dinner time over the weekend, it's better to set a reminder to secure your spots. They serve creative family-style meals featuring local produce. loved the halibut crudo, the duck, and the seaweed noodles - i'd get them all again! i wasn't a big fan of the caviar potato cloud and the snap peas with bok choy and trout roe. the ambience is great for a date night - we came for our anniversary. they printed menus for us that said happy anniversary but didn't do anything else (like a candle with dessert) so that was a bit disappointing. we loved the peanut milk for dessert, though! i'm also not a duck person but loved the duck...read full review
