As I was already there, I cautiously approached Sophie who has multiple door dash orders to complete in a timely matter, a few customers and a broken espresso machine. Sophie took my orders and had the drinks ready and made to perfection in just 10 minutes. She was extremely professional and I made sure to go back again the next day to order just three coffees because it was so good. Thank you Sophie!”

“This place is so cute and inviting. The owner/operator was so cheerful and friendly that i felt like an old friend. Had the "goat" sandwich and was blown away at how good it was. Everything was very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend this place!!”

“We loved this chic and friendly brewery. We were killing some time before dinner and decided to chill out here after a long day of skiing. We got there before happy hour really started. Folks were starting to trickle in so we grabbed some seats and tried their local brews. We started out with him getting the Hazy IPA and I got the Lakeview Blond. I loved it and he loved his. Next thing we know, we called the restaurant and canceled our reservation because the food here smelled so good. We caved. I had the tomato basil soup and an order of pretzels and he had the Reuben. We were SO pleased. The beer pretzel and soup combo was often. I didn't like the cheese dip - sort of tasted like chicken and not enough cheese and the mustard was seed mustard. Wish they had a nice German mustard but starving skiers are not really all that picky. My stomach said "Shut up" to my brain and my hands were on automatic tearing up those beautiful pretzels and dipping them into my soup. I'm drooling now just thinking about it. Last but not least, our server was like family. So friendly, welcoming, polite, thorough, responsive and easy on the eyes (Argentinian). By the time I left, I was ready to adopt him! So sweet to us. Thanks for a great meal after a fantastic day of spring skiing.”

“GREAT little bakery! The lines were always long which only shows to prove how great they are! The staff were all super nice and efficient. We waited about 10 mins to order and about 5 minutes for the food and drink. I ordered the iced mocha and it was so creamy and yummy. I also got the bagel breakfast sandwich which comes with egg, bacon, and cream cheese spread. I got the sea salt bagel and I feel like the salty of the bagel mixed with the sweet of the cream cheese was perfect! Chef kiss. I also love have they have tons of gluten free options and several drink adaptations that can be made (almond milk, coconut milk, etc...). Overall it was great and you're bound to find something that works for you !”

“The Cork & More team is wonderful to work with and handled our wedding catering with ease! We had about 70 guests for our reception at the Idle Hour and received so many compliments on how great the taco bar was and how kind the staff was. Karla did a great job to work within our budget and offered customized quoting for our event. I must also say that Cork & More is a fantastic place to stop for a sandwich on a normal day or for fun artisanal goodies if you're in the South Lake Tahoe area.”

The burger was good but my Caprese sandwich was incredible. The homemade foccacia bread reminded me of foccacia bread we had in Italy!!!! Fresh basil and tasty mazz cheese were excellent. Great job, guys!!! Better to ride the gondola and have lunch here than at any lodge at Heavenly. We will definitely go back and bring friends with us. We will convert them to fans.”

“Delicious place to stop for après ski. We had the mini pretzel, the sausage plate and a peaches and cream strudel for dessert. All were tasty choices and we were glad to enjoy them after a day on the slopes. The servers were friendly and the decor was as if you were in the mountains of Germany.”

“We had a 745pm reservation on a Friday night. We arrived a bit early and our table was not yet ready and since the place is really small we had to wait outside and the heater was out of gas so we were out in the cold (it was raining and was 39°F) for about 10 minutes. We were asked if we wanted bread - garlic bread or another option - we ordered the garlic bread which was good when it came out warm and fresh, however, got cold easily. I do not think it is worth $10. We ordered the soft-shelled crab for our appetizer and it was amazing ! I ordered the Linguine Fra Diavolo - it had adequate amount of seafood in it, the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and had great flavor. My boyfriend ordered the Bistecca alla Veneziana - it was a huge portion as it came with 2 steaks. The filet mignon was cooked as ordered (medium rare), however, they were not that tender but still okay. We Got the pear for dessert and this was very delicious! Servers that night, Ed and Jennifer, were nice and friendly Price is reasonable considering the size of the portions. Please note that the bill does not show an itemized list of the order - it has several lines of just prices. The place has 6 tables so make sure you call to make reservations - there is no option of doing online reservation. There is a parking lot. We will definitely return to this place the next time we visit South Lake Tahoe.”

“Starting with the cocktails, they are amazing. Truly hand crafted. My wife gets the refreshing Cucumber Splash, and I stay near and dear to my go to cocktail, the Kentucky Style Old Fashioned. Both are about perfect. Uber back to the cabin perfect if you have a few. We've had the burgers here. Both are delicious. Full side of fries or salad makes for a complete, but not too healthy meal. We're up in Tahoe a lot, and this is now our favorite place to go. Order at the bar, take a table and wait for the waiter or waitress to serve you. Locals- they have a special too. Ask about it!”

“I had a wonderful experience this evening. It is New Year's eve, and I knew they would be reserved all night. Regardless, I called ahead and asked if they could take a 1 top walk-in. They were able to grab a table for me.Due to them being reserved all night, I got a table at the Cocktail Corner. I originally ordered at the bar (as was communicated to me due to the full reservations). Though regardless, Jenna (a bartender), still gave me table service throughout my experience.The oysters were divine, and Jenna even ran next door to their sister restaurant to grab me some crackers for my oysters. The asparagus mushroom ravioli was so unique and delicious (I highly recommend). Lastly, I finished with the Citrus Olive Oil Strawberry Shortcake and was not disappointed.I would highly recommend this establishment, and I will definitely be back.”

When I went to ask the bar for water we found out that we were supposed to check in somewhere and wait to be seated. Super awkward and weird. The bartender wouldn’t even give us water until we sat down to a table. My husband went to pay at the front and they wouldn’t even take our money until we sat at a table and had a server. They said this has never happened before, but there were 3 separate entrances so I find that hard to believe. We sat, we waited, our server (who had to do nothing) was awesome. The chef was great. The food was delicious. So 5 stars despite the awkward bartender and hostess.”

“Everytime I'm in Tahoe, I try to hit up this place at least once! The food is very fulfilling and tastes better than most of the bay area Indian restaurants because the owners Viral and his wife Palak have themselves created the home made recipe. The Naans are super soft and tasty. Exactly the kinda food you need after a long day of ski or a hike! Trust the chefs recommendations because they are def the best! Regardless of how much you spend on food, you'll be treated like a family member and made sure that you're well fed and happy. I love this place!”

If back in town sometime in the future, I would definitely come back.Parking: There are limited spaces for a place this size, so parking could be challenging during busy times.”

They give you a side of onions, radishes, and lime. Most places I've been before also give you cilantro, but not here. The pozole was not spicy, but they gave me some hot sauce to add, smoky chipotle, I think. Once I added it, it was spicy enough for me. It had a LOT of meat. The bowl wasn't as big as in other places, but for the price, I think it was reasonable. I would recommend this place, as long as you are not expecting a fancy place. BTW, it's now open on Mondays, too.”

If you're willing to wait and don't mind the cozy atmosphere, it's worth a visit, but don't expect anything mind-blowing.”

“So satisfied with our time here. We were approached and seated immediately. Complimentary chips and salsa were delicious and brought out quickly after being seated. Food was served pretty fast and was SO GOOD! Prices are fair for the portions and *especially* for the taste. Our server, Andy, was very pleasant. The horchata was delicious - no refill but it was in a huge glass so I'm not complaining.”

“Visited on a Monday morning. The hostess had an attitude going; definitely not the kind of person I'd put at the front of my restaurant.Fortunately, it was uphill from there. Our server was attentive and he made sure we had what we needed. Food was good, portions were generous, and the kitchen accommodated a request we had. Restaurant is large, clean, and has a fun ambiance.”

“Really cute local Boba Tea spot. I personally got the Fire Bear Coffee, which I had no idea what it was fully before I got it.. other than the fact that coffee anything is usually good. But... wow! It was a delicious 4 shot espresso with Boba and torched cream cheese on top. With some drizzle/spice. It was so delicious.Great location, great service, great drink, and a cute store. There was even a little section with Legos you could put on the wall and make your own art. I will definitely be back the next time I get out to Tahoe!”
