“Nice rustic atmosphere and the rooms have a cabin/wilderness feel. Rooms are on the smaller side because it’s a renovated motel but it definitely feels like Tahoe and rustic scenery. Would stay here again!“

My only complaint is the deserts were so good, they were completely gone by the end of the night and I wasn’t able to take any home. I guess my loss is everyone else’s gain.. next time I’m hiding some for myself.“

“Cozy, family owned coffee shop on the way to Heavenly. Breakfast bagel with egg, cheese and bacon and the turkey club are my two favorites. Sunny seating outside so my dog can hang while I drink my coffee and eat my bagel is a great way to start the day!“

“If you are looking to experience a true locals spot, this is IT!Visited from out of town and was called by the house made Chai and was not disappointed! Perfect balance of an earthy sweetness and spice. Absolutely unreal. If you like overly sweet chai from syrups and powders, this ain't your spot. Spaces like this are what make a place/community and I could not have had a better experience. Lotta love put in to this small but mighty spot. Stopped three times in 2 days. Highly recommend and look forward to a return back!“

“Visited on a Monday morning. The hostess had an attitude going; definitely not the kind of person I'd put at the front of my restaurant.Fortunately, it was uphill from there. Our server was attentive and he made sure we had what we needed. Food was good, portions were generous, and the kitchen accommodated a request we had. Restaurant is large, clean, and has a fun ambiance.“

“Nice place, we were well taken care of. We ordered the vegetarian burrito and the vegan sandwich.They have vegan cheese and beyond meat so it would be nice if there was a sandwich and a burrito that was completely vegan on the menu. The only vegan option at the moment is the vegetable sandwich (in the photo) which is tasty but not enough for those who are hungry.My suggestion is keep the vegetable sandwich on the menu but add some vegan options using cheese and vegan meat“

“I had the best pancake breakfast of my life! 3 large fluffy cakes, 2 eggs cooked to perfection and a very generous amount of grilled ham. Everything I experienced during my stay at quaint camp richardson was magical. Sure hope the new owners keep it that way. Took me back to summers in a cabin at the lake as a child nearly 60 years ago.“

“I've been eating here since I was a child. I moved out of Tahoe 7 years ago, but still go to Sprouts whenever I go back to visit. We are there twice while my sister and I were in Tahoe last weekend. Their food is as delicious and reasonably priced as ever. This will always be one of my favorites!“
