“cracker pizza crust (like store bought pre-made pizza crust. cant say it was really any good. but was a fast dinner option and eatable.lacking flavor from poor crust and not best cheeses makes it hard to spend over 100.00 on two pizza's 4 non alcoholic drinks. we had the cheese and meat lovers pizza. we have never tried any other menus items so won't beat them up too much. guys your a pizza shop your pizza shop atleast you should not cut corners on quality like pre-made crust ,or older pre-made doe possibly.“

“A definite must when spending an evening in Tahoe! The service was excellent, drinks good and atmosphere perfect. I loved their outside area that's a perfect escape if you get overwhelmed by loud groups inside. Will definitely be one of our new go-to's when in town!“

“This wonderful little place checks all the boxes. 1) The food is great and reasonably priced. Our party of four for lunch ordered two pizzas and one pasta and nobody left hungry. Everything we ordered was delicious and my companions were genuinely impressed. The pizza menu has some great offerings you don’t see too often outside Italy, including arugula and prosciutto atop pizza. The pasta and sauces are made in-house by the owner from northern Italy as well!! The beer and wine list is small, but well curated with something for everyone. Even the espresso exceeded my expectations. 2) The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even if you peek inside the open kitchen you’ll find everything clean, neat, and organized. 3) Most importantly, the staff, including the warm owners, are hospitable and welcoming. Everyone was kind and all of our needs were taken care of without our having to ask. A family with two younger children came in after us and they were given the same care and attention that we received. Our experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was top-notch and I can’t recommend the place enough.“

“Had a great experience at this place. Got a salad but wasn't a fan on the chicken on top (just my personal preference). They exchanged it for a pizza. Lesson learned, don't get salad at a pizza joint ?. They were understanding. Tht fireplace outside was great for kids. And large area for kids to play. They also have another cocktail bar next door that was amazing.“

“I promised the guy working here named Peppe (hope I spelled that right, sorry if I didn't Peppe, and sorry this review is a little late; was there last week) that I would leave a review. I want to say that Peppe was spot on. He really seems to love his job, and was super excited to serve us and tell us a little about Blue Dog Pizza (was in Lake Tahoe for business, so this was my first time here). A big thumbs up to Peppe! As far as the pizza is concerned, I loved the cheese, and the sauce. Fantastic. The only complaint I have would be the amount of toppings (had all the meat toppings, along with bell pepper/onions/tomatoes) that was placed on the pizza. In my opinion there was not enough to justify the cost of the pizza (I got a large that was $30.00). There was some of each topping, but not a lot. I took it back to my hotel that had a kitchen in it and added more sausage, ham, onions, etc. It was good, don't get me wrong, but for $30 I want the pizza loaded down with toppings. The only other part I didn't really care for was how the bell pepper and onion are cut. They are not diced, but rather cut in long pieces. Just a preference, as I'm sure a lot of people like theirs cut in long pieces. Would I purchase this again if I were to go back, probably not due to the lower amount of toppings on it. Was it good, absolutely. Did Peppe do a great job, absolutely! He was the main reason I decided to give it a try.“

“Excellent quality of food and the service was so good! This is even for delivery! Phone service and delivery were top notch. We had Chicken Piccata, children's spaghetti and meat sauce, cheese ravioli and the most delicious spinach salad. We will return!“

“In a town full of closed stores after a snowstorm, this pizza hut was the only place in town I could charge my phone and get warm food. The guy at the front desk was there all day and was so cool and collected. Gonna remember this for a long time. A blessing the staff was there“

“This place was great! The pizzas were amazing, service was fast, and prices were totally reasonable! Perfect take out pizza place for a weekend skiing. I was surprised they didn't have in-house seating or any merch as their logo is really quite fun, but this was great! Pizzas were a 5/5 for sure.“
