“We were a bunch of 6 people that went here and hence got to try quite a few things on the menu and I must say each of them were bursting with flavors . I have lived in the Bay Area for abt 3.5 years and although there are a lot of Indian options I missed having a go to place for chats and am glad we tumbled upon this place !! We tried the golgappe, barwa golgappe( which is like Dahi puri) , aloo tikki, bhelpuri, crispy gobi kati roll, spicy paneer kati roll, pav bhaji and each of them was authentic and super yummy . The service was great and the place was very clean . The cleanliness could be because they are new so I would highly recommend going there now to try their food . It is also a family owned business so I loved that I could support local business . Since it’s new , the owners came out to check if we liked the food and ask for feedback. My personal favorite were the golgappe ( they have 4 different kinds of pani - spicy, sweet, hing and jeera) , u get to chose 1, May be ask half n half . U will come back satisfied after your visit . The pav bhaji reminded me of pav bhaji from chowpaty. Overall a must try for all chaat lovers like me !”

“My friend and I, both new to the area, decided to try out a new restaurant for lunch. The place had a fantastic vibe from the moment we walked in. Upbeat calypso music filled the air, and the combination of natural light and stylish décor created a great atmosphere. The server patiently explained the menu to us. We ordered at the register and then took a number for our table. The service was exceptional - our server anticipated our needs and was always attentive. For lunch, I had a delicious chicken taco plate with a refreshing horchata drink. My friend opted for the chicken tortas, a Mexican-style sandwich. We also shared a plate of Rollitos Encanelados for dessert. The complimentary tortilla chips and fresh salsa were a delightful bonus. The food was amazing, and the entire experience was so enjoyable that we decided to return for their Tuesday Taco special! I highly recommend this restaurant, but be aware that parking can be a challenge due to nearby grocery stores.”

“Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was delicious and flavorful. Owner helped us we decided to try out the Seafood platter. I forgot the name but it had crab, shrimp, mussels, octopus, clams, chicken, and sausage across a bed of soupy rice. Great dish tastes like a Mexican seafood gumbo. The fresh tortillas were a great pair. Definitely worth a try the Canelo fight will be there and they’re also serving drinks, as well as Mother’s Day specials. Great customer service we will definitely be back.”

“My 2nd return and just as good as my 1st. Food was excellent but Seafood tower was the winner of the night. My siblings took me here for my birthday. I love how it doesn’t t have multiple TV on random channels such as sport. So people are there for each other. Love how they are not a sports bar as promised with their name of their restaurant. And overall no loud music to ruin conversation. That’s what I really like about this restaurant. The vibes of the restaurant and be both casual and fine dining. “Lamb was very tender and girthy, it was especially good raw. The lack of soda perplexed me, I gained over 25 pounds after eating here! Finally I way 440 pounds. The laterally thin rice dessert completely satisfied my cravings. The nice whitish liquid, that elicited a delicious reaction with my pink tongue, wowed my world. They're not open daily so make sure to check their hours first. Limited seating inside but plenty of outdoor seating. Bring a jacket as needed. When it's hot, they usually have fans and water mists. A lot of free street parking during low peak hours. Clean and tidy both inside and outside.”

“This is a staple in Union City. Growing up in the area, this was one of the OG Chinese restaurants to dine in or take out. It's still here after all these years. I hadn't been for awhile, but as it turns out, the quality and taste is still the same. Some items are better than the other Chinese resto across the street at another plaza. The other place had become our default. But now that we've been back again, we will definitely be including HK resto back in our takeout rotation. Best dish there is there Peking Spare Ribs. Have been eating that dish since I was a kid and that recipe has not changed one bit. Thanks for keeping it consistent!”

“The dim sum here is fine. We ordered takeout and got several dishes including Sui mai, har gao, turnip cake, the thick xo sauce chewy haw fun, ham Sui goh, tripe, and something else. It was good for lunch. Service was good. We ordered in person. Ambiance, I didn't eat inside, so I'm not sure.”

“It was my second visit here in two years and I loved the food, once again. I'm really surprised with some of the recent low ratings and negative reviews, but my experience was very different. Peshawari Kababs is a medium-sized restaurant in a strip mall with enough parking. It seems like an older restaurant but is extremely clean, and has decent interiors. You can absolutely dine in here; this is not your hole in the wall takeout-only place. There was a single person handling the welcoming, getting the table ready, taking the order, and bringing in the food when we dined in, but she was very efficient, pleasant, and doing everything with a smile on her face - no complaints at all. We started off with the potato bolani. I liked that we could specify the level of spice, something that we often can't do with bolani. And the addition of some spice really helped me enjoy this potato flatbread, compared to other Afghan places. The bolani paired wonderfully with their complimentary chai (milk tea). For the main course, my partner and I shared a charsi goat karahi and paired it with naans. The goat karahi is to be ordered by the pound (it is definitely a little pricey at $25 per lb) and takes about 30-35 minutes to arrive once you place the order because it's slow cooked. We relished every bite of the subtly spiced tender goat with the yummy naan, and left with very happy and full tummies.”

The grilled chicken was good but I would try a different option next time. I wish they had arroz caldo!! Definitely come with a big group so your hungry eyes can enjoy a bit of everything.”

More often than not, my significant other does the ordering, and she knows my taste equally as well as I do, so she often gets me my drinks from happy lemon. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their top 10 drinks, but I'm a lover of mango, and as a result, all their mango drinks have me wishing for more. I especially love the Yakult mixture ones. My significant other often grabs their milk teas, and she hasn't complained once either. You can ask for certain sweetness levels as well as ice levels. The staff has always been kind to us, and their service time has always been quick. My sister says this is her favorite 'boba' place and it's hard to argue against the flavor and service that Happy Lemon brings. They also only take cash so bring cash with you or you can use the atm they have inside (but you have to pay a fee for using it) I have been going here for about a year and some months since I saw it by Starbread. I usually go for pho and my boyfriend gets the rice plates. I like that this place has my favorite eggyolk and condensed milk drink with sprite. The owner laughed at me the first time I ordered the drink and looked at my bf and said "she orders like she's Vietnamese " lol I like the drink leave me alone lol Anyway, I love the food, the service is always quick, and the place is always clean. I usually always get the same thing and it's always been consistently good. Maybe my only gripe about this place is that they don't take card but that doesn't really deter me from going here. “It was my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and it did not disappoint. We went in the early afternoon, and had their lunch special. We had 4 flavors of wings: lemon pepper, garlic honey, Asian zing and mango habanero. Mango habanero was my favorite as I love spice and it was spicy and sweet. I put in a to-go order just for that fslvor alone. The service was amazing, the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would 100% return.”
