Horrible service. I went there 3 months ago as my first time at this location and I got a long strand of hair with my curly fries. I decided to let it slide since it was probably an honest mistake. My second time there, they messed up on my order, giving me regular fries instead of curly fries. My third visit was also as bad, I asked for buffalo sauce and I got taco sauce the worst part is that I didn't ask for it, but they could've been generous enough to hand me more than one taco sauce. I hate ice on my drinks, and I always make sure to repeat myself at least 2 times and they always put ice in my drink. Not once have I gotten it without ice as I have asked. I have kept quiet hoping maybe one day they'll get better, but the workers are horrible. They don't pay attention to the customers they have and are rude and always in a rush to get people out of their lines. Today I drew the line and decided to finally write a review about it, I asked for no ice and there they go adding ice to my drink. I asked for Taco Sauce and Buffalo Sauce, I said it twice loud and clear. She gave me BBQ Sauce instead of the Buffalo Sauce. My curly fries weren't even inside their frie tray, instead they were all over the place inside the bag. Horrible service, never coming back here again. I am disgusted by the customer service. My family and I will no longer be coming here, we rather drive a couple more miles just to get our orders correct and good service. The worst McDonald's does a better job than this store. That means a lot to me since I love Jack in the Box over McDonald's. I hope they either train these employees better or hire new ones.
