I love this place, it's located in the food court of a moribund mall and for all of that serves quality food with great service. The fries have sumac sprinkled on them and the shawarma wrap comes with an assortment of pickled vegetables, and I'm not saying that makes it like, healthy or anything but it makes it feel more sophisticated than typical food court affair.
Last week, I stopped by here and asked Sam (the owner) if he could make me something that didn't have any carbs. He suggested a salad bowl with chicken shawerma (my choice) and the fixings and some hot sauce. When he brought it up front, it looked delightful. When I ate it, it was a perfect blend of flavorful proteins and fresh veges with minimal carbs. He gave me a generous portion of chicken. mind-blown and didnt expect how good this place is despite the mall being dead. i ordered the chicken shawarma plate and my goodness it is so delicious. i highly recommended for those that happen to be in this area grabbing some lunch or dinner
