Came in at 6:45pm the lady there said sorry we are closed, i ask are you guys close at 8:00pm she said yes but we're taking a little break then i goes should i wait you when you finish your break she said by 7:40pm!!!! 1st time i see Starbucks close for an hour break !!!

Apparently people shouldn't try to go here anywhere near the time of close. We went at 7:30 and they couldn't even be bothered. Why have store hours if you are just going to close? Starbucks entire hours policy has gone downhill but this is next level‍

Not friendly, I get that it can be a stressful job but as I was ordering the cashier answered her phone while I in the middle of my drink order. I received my drink and there wasn't any taste of the added modification and when I asked her she was not happy I was even taking to her. I did not like the taste and I paid extra for nothing. Last time I'll ever order here, I'd rather pick up at the golden west location they are so much more nice and I'm never let down with my drink, and always so nice even when I need recommendations.

Today's visit was incredibly frustrating. Female cashier working at 10:30am on 12/26/22 was noticeably inexperienced. Her mumbled speech was difficult to hear through the plexi-glass divider and she had us repeat our orders multiple times. Additionally, the line was trailing out into the Target when there was no need to. She should've instructed the few people ahead of us to line up inside the store because by the time we got in line, we were in the way for target shoppers exiting the cashlanes. The barista making the drinks seemed more experienced and may have been training (?) the cashier, but did not seem to want to be there. When she called our ordees, she too was mumbling. My recommendation would be for them to visit other starbucks locations to get a feel of how they should be taking orders and calling out drinks when they are on the clock.

I ordered a few drinks and last minute realized instead of a ribbon crunch frap I ordered a caramel frap. So I let the baristas know & told them if they already started it if they can just add the ribbon stuff to the top of it, they don't have to throw out the drink and start over. The barista proceeded to make rude faces. If you don't want to deal with unprofessional youngins without customer service skills, don't come here.

This review is to advocate for more training in brewing their coffee. This morning when I went I tried their Christmas blend and to my complete shock it was extremely bitter. I tried to add more sugar but nothing was working. I tried walking away with my drink thinking that I would get used to the taste but it was awful. I turned around and asked for a basic brew considering I didn't like the taste. The barista understood and poured me a different brew... unfortunately again it was extremely bitter. I couldn't believe how bitter it was. I'm a daily coffee drinker and I'm a regular coffee drinker of Starbucks as well but their brews was just completely off that I just poured mine out and walked away. Both ladies today did have good customer service skills, but definitely are in need of more training. Both my coffees tasted like the coffee grounds to water ratio was completely off. I tried my coffee at 10 am and now it's past 1pm and I still have that awful bitter taste in my mouth.

I went back to get a refill for coffee and the barista acted like I hadn't bought my coffee that day. When I had just purchased it 20 minutes prior and shopped at Target. She also stated they didn't have any coffee made??!!??Went across the street to the Bolsa shop and used my free points to get a coffee. Extremely rude. Definitely won't go back.

Stopped by only because I was in Target. Menu was small so I tried to stand closer to read it before deciding if I even wanted to buy anything here. The employee kept telling me to go back to the line outside as if I was a clueless child. Real rude and annoying. But it actually helped me decide that I wouldn't wanna buy anything from here. Thanks guys.
