“I took my son here for a bday breakfast celebration and the owner was so friendly he even had the kitchen make a pancake stake for a cake with candle and everything. It made him feel special and it was a nice experience. The food was fresh and served quickly. The inside is cool and the parking is minimal but not too bad.Kid-friendliness: Super fun decorating and the waitresses are very nice.”

“A true hidden gem! Though the menu may be on the slightly smaller side, the portion sizes are good, and everything is fresh and tastes amazing. It’s obvious that the owner (who is super sweet) has a passion for cooking and making high quality meals. The chicken banh mi sandwich and the bowl are personal favorites, as well as the Hawaiian Pork Bowl, Thanksgiving sandwich ….and of course the (to-die-for…) chocolate chip cookies.”

“Absolutely love their pizza !!!The only problem I have is with the help, third time this has happened, if you don’t give a tip for takeout, then they barely hit heat up your slices, but, if you do give a tip, then they heat it up like they’re supposed to, so I guess you’re EXPECTED to Tip forTAKEOUT, OR ELSE !! ? The new, entitled generation. I bet they don’t tip when they go to McDonald’s? Covid is over, you shouldn’t be expected to tip for takeout! I hope the owner sees this review, Because this is very unprofessional !”

“One of my favorite places to go for Thai, I love to get the seven moons platter, the green curry, and a Thai ice tea. The ladies are always so kind and they’ve even helped me out when I was a few dollars short. Highly recommend!”

“I just had breakfast here with my friend. She had gluten sensitivity and I have celiacs. So we were looking for a GF place to have breakfast that we wouldn't get sick! The food was all great and homemade, and the staff were wonderful. Our waitress. Lola was so sweet, caring and attentive! We could not have asked for a better person to explain the GF food there as well! In fact all the gone are GF foods are from Dees Ohe Smart Cookie in Glastonbury, and is a completely GF business, so I felt very happy! And comfortable eating here! The food was fantastic. “Family style bar and restaurant. I've had a thick juicy cheeseburger and the fish and chips. Both dishes were nice large portions of flavorful and fresh tasting and well seasoned food. The place is friendly and well appointed. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The patrons are having fun socializing with each other. There are even families, but no young children. They are a mix of young and old. People are dressed in casual work clothes.”

“Called here to try out the tuna grinder. An angry man answered and told me take out only! I was getting take out anyways so that worked. He yelled a number at me after I ordered and hung up. I walked in to pick up and the entire restaurant was closed up except for the take out counter so it must always be like that ? Not sure. Anyways, picked up my very generous looking half a tuna for under $10 and left. This was one of the best tuna grinders I've ever had. Bread was lightly toasted. Tuna was double the portion of the pizza place down the street and it tasted great. Will be back to try more items for sure.”

“We rented two cornhole lanes for 2 hours for our son's 21st birthday. Cost was reasonable. We preordered food from Square Peg Pizzeria. Upon arrival, we knew where to go-our table was labeled. Food was delivered on time. When our party arrived and ate, the time flew. Everyone had a fun time and enjoyed the arcade, pool table and cornhole. Two hours was NOT enough! Thank You!!”

“Pho Bar got pulled up on by me n company recently during a cold @$$ day as a hot bowl of soup sounded to good to pass up....The location is in a shopping center but they have a clearly visible sign w an ok amount of parking.There isnt a ton of seating so maybe call if its a busy night..outside of that its nice n clean inside.As far as the food goes this place is pretty legit...Appetizer: curry puffs.while they weren't what I was expecting the flavor was good. But they needed a bit more time in the fryer as the centers were cold/under a bit so this was mixed bag.On to the main event here. The headliners were:Rare Beef PhoGarlic Stir Fry w/ Crunchy ChickenThe Pho itself was kinda on the salty side which was a letdown but the flavors were a knockout and the rare beef? Actually tender & rare thin slices of good quality beef!! Score!It came w all the fixins and everything tasted fresh. ?The garlic stir fry again was a bit on the salty side but the flavors here were aces!! Thin sliced tender pieces of ginger that didn't overwhelm the palate. Then you finish it off w some of the crispitty crunchiest chicken ya ever bit into and you have yourself a little happy dance ?They put out some legit eats here and it's worth a stop...if your sensitive to salt ask for it to be toned down. Outside of that enjoy the transport to a Vietnamese paradise.”

“We were there for a special dinner party. The service was very good, actually exceptional. We had a pork tenderloin for dinner which was superior, very moist and tender, best I ever had. The chicken was good too. The only complaint I have is that the space acoustics are not perfect, with the music it was very loud. There's no room for conversation, and without music the level of noise is still way too high to enjoy any kind of conversation in the ballroom area. I'm not sure about the dining area of the restaurant, but we had a great experience.”

“It’s hard finding good pizza and food close by and Village Pizza by far has the best food in the area. Great atmosphere, service, and food. HIGHLY recomend!!!!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Provision State. Inside is the so bright and welcoming. There's plenty of seating and lots of windows to bring in plenty of natural light. I've never been one to get a coffee and sit down inside the shop but I always have to sit and drink my coffee there. It's just such a lovely spot. The baristas are always so friendly and very helpful. I've never had a bad customer service experience there. They have all been amazing. The coffee is AMAZING! I've tried a few flavors so far but the brown sugar pecan is ridiculously delicious. Next time I think I'll try the matcha but it's hard for me to not get their delicious lattes. I even bought the beans to take home for my own espresso machine so I can enjoy it when I can't make it to the shop. I'm so happy I found such a gem of a spot. I highly HIGHLY recommend! They have quickly become my favorite coffee shop. (:”

“While they had all the standard flavors, this place also had some more creative flavors including the delicious Beez Neez (graham cracker ice cream with honey comb bits). The serving sizes are plentiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed!”

“A very cozy cafe with a huge drink menu! There were also a ton of food items (including delicious-looking pastries and an incredibly rich chocolate cake). There are some limited outdoor seating options too (this is in February, so there might be more tables when it's warmer). Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I didn't notice any meat options at all, so you should be good. No idea about vegan options though.”

“Just came here tonight to have a new dinner experience with my daughter. We have never tried Filipino food before so we decided to try something new and we are so glad we did! The food here is different and flavorful, I don't think I've ever tasted such a sour flavor such as the one in the pork based soup we tried and I would never know how much I might enjoy that flavor. We also had the pancit and fried tilapia which were delicious as well. The women that work there are so warm and welcoming and even let us try a taste of the pork blood because I was so curious! That was good too! My daughter had the halo halo for dessert and said it was very interesting. I had a few bites too, it's not my cup of tea but for sure needs to be tried at least once. The next time we go back we're definitely trying the pork bbq and lumpia. Unfortunately, they had run out for the day. The chicken adobo looked yummy too. The flavors and the staff made me want to sample the entire menu. Very good introduction to Filipino food for us! Thank you!”

“We attended a youth swim team banquet at the Hawthorne. The room was updated and provided plenty of space for the 100 guests to dine and dance. The buffet was excellent. “I stopped in for Lunch and entered the very comfy ski lodge look and feel of my dreams. Nice warm atmosphere. Bands, open mic, and comedy apparently are the norm here. The menu has some basic gastropub fare, pizza, Italian, Greek and American food. There is something for everyone.. I ordered 6 sweet chili wings for an appetizer, huge real wings, very good. And then had a hamburg and onion pizza, great crust, sauce, and cooked perfectly, I pigged out, loved it. Lots of reasons to check this place out.”

“We really like Bella Pizza – they have really good gluten-free pizza. They even make it in its own pan, so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination if someone has celiac disease. Also a nice place to eat, clean and comfortable. We consistently go to Bella Pizza and we always like it”

“We picked up takeout from Square Peg pizza for dinner. A friend that told us about it. It was definitely Neapolitan style of pizza and absolutely delicious! We ended up getting the margarita pizza and adding caramelized onions to the pepperoni pizza, which was an amazing move. They are located inside the Truck Bar which we also have never been into. Such a cool place with indoor cornhole, a game room, and a bar. The guy who was working on the counter mentioned that they also have live bands on Friday and Saturday nights. We will be back!”
