“Walk up ice cream stand. Order at the window and hope the kid remembers what you ordered. Overall- good place to go for ice cream and I do recommend. I think they need a better register system because the kids can never seem to remember what anyone ordered (granted we were in a group) but most places have ticket systems to help combat this. The kid would take 4 orders bring two then asked the other two people what they ordered. As someone else mentioned they never seem to have bananas- they have long menu that you can’t really see until you get up to order- if they had an online menu people might be quicker to order.In summary is the ice cream good and the price right? Yes. Is it efficient - absolutely not.“

“My job is in the same plaza as Dairy Queen, so I come here a lot during my breaks.The employees are always really nice (especially the manager!) and the place is clean! The food isn’t the best, after all it’s fast food, but it’s filling. I love their milkshakes though, the white mocha shake is so good!“

Such an amazing hidden gem in Middletown, I usually buy pints to keep me happy through winter when they close. Not only did they have a great selection but the cookies were fresh not hard and the ice cream was AMAZING!! All 100+ employees recommend them VERY HIGHLY!! “There’s really nothing negative I could ever say about Rita’s. Specifically this location has some of the best service I experienced, especially for a chain eatery. Love coming here, too bad it wasn’t open year around! Yet, again, if it was I think I’d be 1000lbs because I come so often!!! “We have been going for many years and even after a new owner to took over . The services have been always great . My one recommendation and it’s my favorite and had about it many years ago is to carry coconut flavored .. but other then that it’s continues to be a very busy hot spot and a nice hang out in the back . “First and foremost the smell just takes you away when step foot inside ! This already has you tasting it in the air ! The staff was incredible and didn’t miss a sprinkle . Kobe was incredibly and charming and I would recommend trying them every week ! Gill presented the cookies to me and they were handled amazingly ! “The Mrs. wanted ice cream and so we decided to give this place a try. We figured/hoped it would not be too crowded and at the same time, we wanted it to be good.Well, the ice cream was delicious. The place was more steady than busy thanks to the staff. They were quick and attentive & at the same time, still friendly.Now, back to the ice cream...I was going to get Salty Caramel, but "discovered" something called "Peanut Butter Chip Swirl" - Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Chunks and a peanut butter ripple. I got it on a sugar cone and this thing was all I hoped for. The portion was generous and the flavor fantastic!We will definitely be coming back here again in the future...“

“One of my favorite places to go in the summer is Rita's Italian Ice and Frozen Custard. This place sells soft serve custard, Italian ice, and specialty creations. Be sure to sample a few flavors because some of their flavors may shock you. I have never seen such a large variety of Ice flavors. They serve everything: cotton candy, strawberry colada and unicorn just to name a few of the more surprising flavors! They also have fast service and allow you to try different flavors. My favorite item to order is the gelati: layers of Italian ice and custard. My favorite to mix are mango Italian ice and vanilla custard. However, you're also able to order a cup of just Italian ice or a cup of just custard. You may want to ask for extra containers so that it's easy to take your dessert home or to a cute location to enjoy!“

“It's Ben & Jerries. They are awesome. Though staff seem a little short staffed for the cleaning and last minute service needs. Seems like often one person is there to do it all. But may have been a call out that day. Always clean, variety offered.“

“One of my new favorite places. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Went once with my cousin who ranted and raved above their corn on the cob. She was right - it is so sweet (I ate it off the cob w/out boiling); that's how good it is. Green tomatoes were also great! They have a nice general store too. Will be back!“

“Talk about a fantastic hot dog. This 1950s style diner is famous for their 10 inch hot dogs for good reason. The hot dog itself has tons of flavor and can be served with numerous toppings. I recommend adding cheese which they melt between the bun and the hot dog so it's almost like it's wrapped in grilled cheese! The parking lot has picnic tables for the summer time and the staff is friendly. It is cash only but there is an atm inside!“

“Tried Prince House for the first time not long ago and got two Boba Teas. One Thai Tea and one Taro. They were both good and flavorful but nothing super special. The service was a little slow, but I would definitely go back to try the poke bowls or açaí bowls!“

“Nicely renovated. I stop here on my way back from Middletown most times. The only thing I would prefer is the option to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. I go to the vet in Middletown every 6 months minimum and place a mobile order when I leave to pick up on the way back. Because I have to go inside to pick it up I end up leaving my ferret in the car, locking the doors, and remote starting from outside the car so he is safe and comfortable for the few minutes it takes me to run inside.Parking: Decent number of spots along the front of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu, burgers and ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots right in front of the door with access to the sidewalk. The doors are a little heavy and large which might cause difficulty.“
