So we have lived in the area for 21/2 years now. I used to absolutely love Wang. The food was delicious and fresh and the portions were absolutely huge. But this last visit we got two of our favorites general tso's and egg foo young and neither were good... Flavorless, dry and the texture of the eggs were just awful ?
We actually meant to order from a different restaurant, but didn't realize it on the phone. The manager/owner at Wang Chinese Restaurant was super helpful with our order. Food is available to be made gluten free, but they do it by taking out the soy sauce, not by replacing it with tamari. This is fine for some dishes, a little different for others. Food was pretty decent. Came hot and fresh. Meal was made in a timely manner for pick up. There is no dining at this location or looks like they gave up on in house dining. Overall I'll be ordering from here again one day!
