“we went for chaat buffet this evening. we were among the first few to start. food came in were cold. we were there for Chaat... chart spices and ingredients were missing. you need cilantro, sev, Black salt, Chilli powder, tamarind chatni, cumin powder, coriander powder to put on your chat. dahi vada samosa chat also need pomegranate seeds on top. Pani puri water was not typical pani puri water... it was watery. pani puri puris had the smell of old oil. either it was old or brought from store. the pani puri in the flyer picture is totally different than what we get. that picture made us to visit and get dissatisfied and disappointed.**** Chole Bhatura Chana missing spices. here also need of the side spices. I am from Kolkata, India and we love our Panupuri, chaat. dahi vada. we would appreciate if you could have some side spices like the chutneys are kept, specially chopped fresh cilantro, sev, chilly powder, black salt. price is also high for Chaat buffet. it should be $9.99 to $11.00. but the price we paid $17.99 each. Food quality did not match with this high price. I am sorry. I don't think I am going to recommend or visit next time. it was very disappointing for us.“

“We had the aloo paratha, chicken balti, grilled chicken mix, naan, chicken makhni, garlic chicken wings, and aloo pakora. All of these were really great. The biryani was could be improved—quality and portion size. The sweets were okay. The only one I really liked was the malai jamun. *Food photos are in the comments. Facebook isn’t letting me upload it into the post.“

“Cozy little store in Windsor, good and fresh halal meats - custom cut available. They have almost all Indian-Pakistani-Bangladeshi-mediterranean grocery items, all Halal. Some Turkish and Jordanian rare finds are also here, like cousous and felafel preps. Try the shahi kulfi if you love kulfi (Desi ice cream).Parking in the rear lot“

“We’ve been searching for a new Indian restaurant after our favorite place went out of business. We went to Bhog tonight for the first time for our anniversary and loved it! Our server was so welcoming and friendly. She recommended the Cauliflower Manchurian for an appetizer, and it was delicious. Both of our meals were excellent as well. We will be back!“

“THE ABSOLUTE BEST Indian Pakistani, Bangladeshi food I’ve ever had! Visiting from out of state and picked something I thought was a familiar chin “Kababob House” but it’s not part of the chain. It’s a family restaurant with authentic, delicious, fresh food. I had the chilli naan with lentil daahl and highly recommend the veggie samosas! They come with a delicious dipping sauce. I cannot give enough praise! You will not be disappointed!“

“Wonderful staff! Super friendly and fast service. We ordered the vegetarian appetizer platter and chicken madras. Both were amazing! We ordered the madras at medium and it definitely has spice to it even at that level. We will definitely be back!“

“The food is always delicious no matter what we order! The service is friendly and responsive; fast but you never feel rushed. Their food is fresh, rice is fluffy, vegetable are my favorite. When we ordered a shrimp dish, there were so many shrimp it made splitting the dish with everyone very easy. I highly recommend this restaurant, it is a pleasure going there.“

“Himalaya hits the spot, especially on a rainy day (which we seem to be having a lot of lately). Not far from the Berlin train station, Himalaya is takeout only, and seems to have been for some time. The dining room is darkened and blocked off, with a sign directing you to the pickup table. There was a noticeable smell of mold upon entering...possibly due to the aforementioned rain? But the food was perfectly fine, if a little chilly in temperature. Nothing a quick zap in the microwave can't fix. I went with good ol' chicken tikka masala, but there are plenty of options for the more adventurous. You are required to choose a spice level, and as the heat increases, so does the price! I chose "mild" but would definitely kick it up a notch or two next time. All in all, I enjoyed my quick lunch and would put Himalaya on the short list next time I'm craving Indian takeout.“
