They have only ONE HANDICAP parking space which anyone will use! Also the drive-thru is horrendous!!! You have to go around another building's parking lot and go to that building's rear to get into line for the DD drive-thru! What idiot thought this was a good setup!!!!”

I believe Back Again Cafe proves itself to be a great central hub location to meet friends, dates, and family for great snacks, drinks, and games! My friends and I like to meet to play MTG. Friendly and helpful staff, and a terrific space with high ceilings and large windows for people watching.”

“Wow !!! A group of 4 of us were traveling through the area and needed a good place for Dinner …We called and made a reservation , the owner Al was very personable on the phone .We arrived for dinner and he had our name on table , and he introduced himself …We had a couple of beers while he explained the menu to us ….we Decided on a couple of appetizers and also a small pizza to sample before ordering our dinner . The appetizers arrived and were very good, but the star of the show was definitely the pizza , so much flavor … the crust was to die for light and airy and so much crunch in the crust !!!! Next was the Dinner - Chicken Francaise , Chicken Parm , Chicken Marsala , Fettuccini Carbonaro .All meals arrived hot and were Delicious …We also got to meets Al’s Daughter who was very personable just like her Father ….We wished we had this Restaurant in our community . Give this Restaurant a shot , you won’t regret it . Thank you”

“My son got us to try the place that he frequents and we were in the area and decided to call in our order and went in and wait for our meals. It is a cute spot , and very clean . Ken who came to our table apologized for the little wait time in which we didn’t mind at all and offered us something to drink on the house and we never tried a Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious . Nicole handed our dinner and she apologized as well and again it did not bother us at all and explained why it took a little longer . We had the grilled chicken with Jasmine rice ( 3 orders ) and the order was pork with rice . I love the peanut sauce with the rolls. We were very pleased with the dinner and definitely will be going back . Ken and Nicole are a doll and very courteous. Thank you”

“Our appetizer and dinners were excellent. The Calamaris was fresh, tender and served hot. The portions were above average. My husband loved his Eggplant Parmesan. My chicken Francais was tender and the noodles were actually cooked. All our food was hot when served which was a priority with me. Our waiter was personable and attentive without hovering. We found the prices on par with other restaurants but with better quality of food. We would definitely recommend them and eat there again.Vegetarian options: There were several pasta dishes without meat and veggies oriented”

Such an amazing hidden gem in Middletown, I usually buy pints to keep me happy through winter when they close. Great customer service, clean store inside, a variety of options, and they give you a lot for the cost. Vecchittos has my heart.”
