This place hands down is a mess. They should close the place down. Dirty, dusty, fake plants, dark and dingy. No one travels to.come to this place, just people from Middletown occupy this dump. I ordered a pasta dish that was swimming in basil and my husband's pork chop was pink inside. This place could never come close to an a real Italian restaurant in a million year.

First valentines with my finance and boy I have to tell you this man knows his way to my heart. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. What an amazing place. The food was excellent, fresh and full of taste. This will be my restaurant to visit when craving a great pasta meal.

Ridiculously huge portions. Husband enjoyed his chicken parm. My pasta arrived swimming in a flavorless cream sauce with so few pieces of broccoli rabe that I don't think it needed to be listed as an ingredient. More plentiful was the artichoke hearts, yet I had to dig around a box of pasta to find them and they added nothing for flavor or color. Only 3 nameless house wines are offered by the glass for $9- the Cab tasted as you would expect for that price. Atmosphere is lively- fun but loud. I would not go again.

Salad was swimming in dressing. Pasta was dry in shrimp scampi. Canned mushrooms! Use fresh ingredients please. Chicken parmigiana was oily. Waitress said she would bring more bread but ended up bringing us 2 grinder rolls not toasted at end of dinner. Portions are way too big, served in a bowl big enough for 4 and expect you to eat out of that. Family style pasta had very watery sauce. Will never go back.
Cantina is our go-to when we are in town. Definitely miss it living in Florida. The food is consistently amazing. The staff is great. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. You definitely have to go here if you are anywhere near the area. Don't miss out on this gem.

Like everyone has said the portions are huge. The taste is spot on. I could sit there all day eating the bread and the dip. The family style salad and pasta were a big hit. The service was excellent. I highly recommend trying Cantina, you will not be disappointed
