We found the staff to be extremely rude and won’t be bringing our business here again. They tried to charge me $3 extra for a large when we ordered a small (which was a $9 difference in our order), and when I pointed out that the price on the sign didn’t match the price on the receipt, they got a really bad attitude. At first they said prices had gone up, then tried to say there were different prices for each one. We always try to support local, but charging people prices that don’t match your signage is dishonest business. Imagine how many people they are doing this to! I just happened to notice by chance!

The owner of this store, or so she says was very rude and nasty to me on 1/9/2023. She refused to give me her name by the end of the argument. She had a nasty tone as she went back and forth with me yelling like a maniac because I asked her a simple question in regard to the order I placed over 20 minutes before arriving to the store. As she was responding to my question in a nasty manor I cut her off and asked that she just proceed with making my order because I did not have more time to waste. Not only that, but my order was not even ready although at the time I placed it was for a 15 minute pick up. I even shopped a bit before going to the counter for my order. They had plenty of time to receive the order, but she claimed it did not go through on their end. I had to stand there and wait for her to aggressively make the smoothie in front of me. The whole encounter caused me to be late going back to work from my break. During the duration of the conversation she was rude, disrespectful, and nasty. Her co worker, or employee rather even had to intervene on her behalf in which she still kept talking. She told me not to come back by the end of the conversation because I responded in the same way she was speaking to me. She was very unprofessional and I was very appalled to learn she is supposedly the owner. The products and smoothie I purchased were good, but the customer service, at least from the ”store owner” was horrible. I truly wondered if she treats other customers that way or just African Americans!

The deli sandwiches have DIRTY LETTUCE. PLEASE wash the Romaine better. I love the deli's stamp rewards program and the foods taste great, except the lettuce. This has happened twice in the past week with two sandwiches, Chicken Salad and Curry Tofu Salad. Biting in gives way to a gritty teeth-grinding feeling. I would consider doing away with the lettuce altogether, it is one of the most dirty and disgusting foods in the entire industry. If that makes or breaks an otherwise tasty sandwich, I would rather the employees save the added labor of cleaning the lettuce more thoroughly. I am putting this forth as constructive criticism, I do not wish for the employees to be reprimanded or disciplined. I am on their side as I do not work as a store manager.

It's Only Natural is a great little grocery store on Main Street in Middletown. It's small, but this might be a one stop shop, if it just wasn't so expensive. There's everything in this store, organic produce, juices, vitamins and supplements, chocolate and candy I've never seen before, they even have a little section where you can get a fresh smoothie or a sandwich. There's an area where you can sit with your food.They even have a post office in this little grocery store.But it is expensive.. a box of cereal is $7.49, and it's not even a large box. They had a 5 pound jar of local honey for $50.00. I stopped in to pick up some crackers for my guacamole, I picked some really nice ones for only $3.29, but half the bag was air. This is not the fault of the store of course. It's a lot of fun to walk through a store where everything looks new, and innovative. If you're in the area stop by, always shop smart, not impulsively.

This store has a great selection of herbs and healthy stuff but I am not giving all the stars because the staff could be a lot friendlier. I do enjoy the juice bar a lot but sometimes try to go to other natural food stores but since I live in Middletown I come here occasionally, but for a better experience I go to other stores that are out of the way
I love coming here for healthy options they have a huge variety of foods! They're hot food selection for lunch is really good too, my lunch time sandwiches are always delicious. Have to try them!
