Order thru Ubereats, FRIES: COLD,STALE and SOGGY, I also asked for extra pickles, shredded lettuce (got three pieces) of lettuce on my bacon quarter pounder no extra mustard like I asked and extra ketchup my ass crack, and my chicken nuggets better good if those are cold and don't taste good I will be calling the health department. Should be 0 fucking stars!

My problem is with the app recently went to drive trough to redeem rewards while waiting in line I called up my code by the time I got to order and not only wouldn't take my code but took the points and never returned them

This McDonald's does not care and will literally never get your order right. There'd no screen at the drive through and you can't hear or understand anything via the drive through communication.
It's a McDonald's. It was pretty standard. The service and food were as expected.

I went to the restroom when first arriving at the restaurant. When entering the restroom, the only available stall had brown stuff smeared on the changing table, floor, and toilet. When I went to go inform an employee, I was met by a teenage boy employee at the counter wearing an AirPod in one ear. I say “hey, the farthest stall in the women’s bathroom is really messy”. He looks completely through me, looks at my male partner and asks for his order. This employee neglected to inform any one of the condition of the restroom, took my partners order and went to the back and immediately grabbed his cellphone and then immediately touched food afterwards. Highly disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a spicy Mc crispy got no sauce with it. Absolutely disappointed in there. Performance service sucked, are very burnt and are overcooked. They really need to work on their performance and their customer service.

This location is the best in Middletown, they never disappoint. The team here are all hardworking individuals with great attitudes, the food is always fresh and little to no wait times.
