It made him feel special and it was a nice experience. The food was fresh and served quickly. “Excellent food and service! Went last minute for dinner on Saturday night. It was an hour wait, but they have a large waiting area with tables where you can sit and enjoy drinks and apps. Ricotta appetizer was to die for. Also loved my entree...Amish Chicken.“

“Had to stop here on my self proclaimed "burger tour" when I drove across the country at the recommendation of George Motz. Fantastic burger cooked in a unique way which yields a very moist and juicy burger. There is so much ooiegooie cheese and the bun is soft but not soggy. I'm from California and we don't do burgers this way, but I have to tip my cap to Ted. Fantastic place. I'm sure locals know it but if you're passing by, do yourself a favor and try this local gem.“

“We are a group of eight Women golfers that travel each week to play a different course in CT. Get the usual eye rolling looks from the men from parking lot, pro shop to the course and finally the bar. Some men are polite but they are few. Quarry Ridge staff went over the top to make our Tuesday golf experience relaxing and fun. Course was in good shape. Kevin in the pro shop attentive asking questions after our round to see if we had a good time and what were our thoughts about women’s golf. Poor Kevin got a earful I’m afraid. He was such a good sport! The chef came out and checked on our lunch. Talked about his menu. Very enthusiastic. It was a perfect day Tuesday Blue sky, cool temps, Great Golf and being with friends.
