This was the first time for us trying Niuda Noodle & Sushi. The ramen bowls we had were quite tasty (Braised Beef noodle and Tonkotsu) and satisfying. The staff was friendly and the restaurant, while small just had a nice vibe to it. I'm looking forward to my next meal there to try something else.

I ordered the spicy beef ramen it was amazing! The beef was tender and flavorful as well as the broth. I've tried several ramen spots in CT and this is the best I've had so far. Can't wait to go back and try the tonkotsu and sushi.

We've stopped into Niuda a few times now, and have really enjoyed the sushi every time! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love that lunch is 15% off the menu prices! There's 15 minute parking out front for take out. My husband loves the "sushi burrito" which is stuffed full of crab and spicy and jalepeno and mango. I really enjoy the "simple sushi" like salmon and tuna rolls. The "American sushi" entree is great. The fish is very fresh. Most rolls can be modified to be gluten free and they have gluten free soy sauce. They're great about allergens and modifications! Definitely a place I'll continue to return to!

This was my first time at Niuda, but I was impressed with how fresh the sushi was and how accommodating the restaurant was! In fact, they time me almost everything could be made as Gluten Free, including replacing tempura shrimp with steamed shrimp! This time we had an Alaskan Roll and a spicy Tuna roll. The spicy had great flavor but came in a weird red color (just spicy Mayo). The Alaskan roll was fresh and tasty as well! What might be the best part is they're open on Monday which is rare in this area! Oh ya, they also offer a 15% discount around lunch time which really helps the affordability!

I went here back in September with my friends. I got calamari and shrimp scallion noodles. The calamari was good, but it was kinda dry. I didn’t like the noodles, it just tasted like straight onion. I want to give this place another chance, there are probably better things on their menu. Our service was good, our server was so nice! This place is small and it has a cozy feel.
Niuda is located where Cafe 56 used to be. I came in a few days before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the interior was. Specifically, I loved the window seats! My friend and I opted for sushi. While I didn't think it was anything super special, the fish was very fresh, and the sushi was pretty good. I'm excited to come back and try their noodle options in the future!

Wonderful place with great food. Snow Beauty is on of my favorite appetizers anywhere. Crazy tuna roll among many excellent rolls. Avocado salad is large and has incredible dressing. Top it off with fast and friendly service and you will know why we love this place. A can’t miss go to experience.Vegetarian options: They have a number of great options for vegans!

I was very disappointed by the food. The takoyaki was very under-dressed and not very tasty. The ramen tasted ok, but the vegetables were not fresh at all. I don't think I would return.
