they have the best people! a lot of stores close quite a few minutes before the stated closing time, but olmo still took my order one minute before their closing time! i saw a family of five with little children who wanted to visit the shop a few minutes after the closing time and they still let them order. i thought it was super kind and thoughtful of them. plus, they have such gooooood bagels!
