“One of the best black bean patties I’ve EVER had! Made in house and HUGE. I also appreciate that they don’t charge extra to swap for black bean on any of their burgers. Bartenders are always friendly and helpful. Such a great spot! My only request would be have some full sour pickles :)Vegetarian options: Black bean patty is amazing! Can also swap for buffalo cauliflower in the chicken wrap.“
“Fun place to spend an evening/night. They offer lots of different theme nights during week ranging from pub quizzes to karaoke and free beer. Definitely a must visit, but you can only get in if you are associated with Yale or come with a friend who is.“

“Rudy's 5 star review is a double dunk. As a vegetarian, i wasn't expecting many entree options, if any at all. Nothing against them specifically, but i can't even find any veggie love at big chains or many small cool-vibe cafes either. Hey, having a salad on the menu doesn't check the vg box.Rudy's had 3 vg menu options. I selected their chickpea fritter wrap, which was I've never seen before. When served, it automatically took 1st as the best-looking dish on the table. I was with my family of four. Then, for the Jordan foul line dunk finish, the taste was fantastic.Classic pub vibe.Vegetarian options: Chickpea fritter wrap is a Michael Jordan foul line dunk.“
“One of the oldest bars in Connecticut. Apparently there's a tunnel still running underground from the elm all the way to the train tracks and was used during prohibition and slavery times. Always a good time of you go here onside or outside its small but very cool.“

“Much better than the Archie Moore's in New Haven. Attentive waitstaff. Excellent food. Nice vibe. You can actually hear each other talk! It's worth the extra drive. Not sure why two restaurants owned by the same company are so completely different from each other (I will no longer step foot in the NH AM).“
