If that's not the epitome of customer service, I don't know what is. She cares and is always ready to help.As for the quality of the cupcakes, they are Simply Delicious and moist and overflowing with flavor and creativity. “We hired Kiki's Kitchen to cater our son's baptism last fall and we were so happy with the service. Kiki was easy to speak to, accommodated our many allergen requests and went out of her way to make sure we received everything we wanted and were satisfied. She was even able to make a delivery happen even though it was not available at that time. The vegan mousaka was delicious! And all the guests raved about the truffle mac and cheese. We were very happy that we chose Kiki's! We also make sure to order every time my in laws are in town because she has such an extensive gluten free/ dairy free menu. Their go to's are the chicken Mediterranean bowl and the steak Calabrian wrap (for the unrestricted guys). You won't be disappointed!“

“5/5 on taste and looks this was really good!!! Things that I think can improve would be adding drinks like a milk choice. I think having food products you need drinks. And also the forks are really cheap and when the cakes are cold the fork given bends. I think this can be changed and doesn't change that the taste is amazing“

“Food was delicious. We came after a show and were seated immediately. Drinks took forever to get. We ordered one bottle of wine and it took at least 15 minutes. Waitress was okay, but frazzled. Temperature of restaurant was almost unbearable. We were all so hot. They need better air conditioning. We would have stayed longer and had more drinks but it was just too hot.“

“I really love this little bakery. I was in a bind and needed a cake within two days and every other place that I contacted said they could not do what I needed. For reference it was a white cake, with a picture of Ronald McDonald on it with a raked texture and matching frame. So in my opinion it was a cake that was not complex, but for some reason the large grocery stores refused me. When I went in to Nonnie’s , everyone was so warm and kind. They were personable and became really invested in my silly McDonald's Birthday Cake Debacle. The cake was loved by all that ate it. Very light, but fulfilling. I would recommend anyone who needs baking done, to take a visit to Nonnie’s. They treat you like family , their prices are VERY fair and I will definitely return again.? also there Italian cookies next level good! I plan to grab some more in a couple days.?“

“I would not recommend this place at all. The owner was so unprofessional and already had set the tone that she was not going to refund me back on a cake I ordered from her bakery. The cake looked nothing like the image I sent her! The rudeness was so unnecessary. I am completely shocked as an owner how she conducted herself. I even told her yes the cake was beautiful but it was not what I sent her. She told me they can't get always get it to what the customer sends. In all fairness it was not even close to what I wanted as top decorations. She put 3 fresh flowers on the cake. She was dismissive right away. Obviously had already made up her mind about this situation. Basically I was told by her you don't need to use us again. Of course I'm not. I also told her the cake was dry and no flavor, her response was of course it was. She tells me I knew this was going to be a problem from the geico. Who says that to their time customer? I am completely taken by Miriam the owner. I could keep going but at this point she just doesn't care about her customers feelings and making them feel good when ordering a special customized cake for a special day. No heart.“

With two working professionals, we were finding that we just did not have enough time to meal plan, grocery shop, cook and clean 7 days a week.
