“This is one of my top 10 places, I have ever been. When I walked in I felt a very calming atmosphere and overall friendliness. It is a small space, with five tables and a bar that seats at least six. The service was friendly and genuine. She had a great smile and was super attentive.The pricing is crazy good and the serving can feed two people, if not take home for leftovers.I had the tuna melt on sourdough with American cheese.What I really liked is that the tuna salad was just tuna and mayonnaise. You can add tomato or onion or lettuce, if you choose, but I generally like a plain tuna melt.You can always add a side for a little bit extra. But I chose to have a small bag of chips and a pickle.The friend who met me for lunch, had a roast beef sandwich and it was stacked high with more of a pink roast beef and looked so good!!She verified it was excellent.I ordered a Lyman's, which is local, hard cider.My total for the meal and drink was $17.50 and I tipped $5.Parking is in the back, you pull into the Dunkin' donuts parking lot and drive to the back- right side.I will definitely be back.”

“Great winery, we went when there happened to be live music going on in the summer time. This place is absolutely stunning and would go back again. The actual wine was good ! Honestly great little gem of a place in this area :) really cool stuff on the property too like mega beach chairs, old telephone booths, vintage cars. Great spot for photos !”

“First time here and I can’t wait till I’m back in Portland CT to have another one of the top dog hot dogs. I’m originally from New Haven CT and was in town for work, drove by and thought the hotdog trailer hauled by a yellow 50s cab was just for show but then realized it was a hotdog stand they and knew I had to try them!! “We are a group of eight Women golfers that travel each week to play a different course in CT. Get the usual eye rolling looks from the men from parking lot, pro shop to the course and finally the bar. Some men are polite but they are few. Quarry Ridge staff went over the top to make our Tuesday golf experience relaxing and fun. Course was in good shape. Kevin in the pro shop attentive asking questions after our round to see if we had a good time and what were our thoughts about women’s golf. Poor Kevin got a earful I’m afraid. He was such a good sport! The chef came out and checked on our lunch. Talked about his menu. Very enthusiastic. It was a perfect day Tuesday Blue sky, cool temps, Great Golf and being with friends. “Great location to sit on the patio and watch golfers tee off while enjoying icy cold beverages and good food. Started with 2 happy hour beers, happy hour fried pickles and the happy hour egg roll. Enjoyed the scratch made pickles- menu says sauce is ranch but more accurately sriracha ranch maybe? Enjoyed the sauce- just FYI in case people don't like spicy . Didn't care for the egg roll - was supposed to be a blackened chicken pineapple chutney but honestly it was 90% cabbage - maybe would try again but was a little greasy. For dinner hubby and I shared the chicken Caesar wrap- again it was labeled as blackened and wasn't really blackened but the flavor was great and hubby and I agreed we didn't care that it wasn't blackened- again just trying to set expectations for others on spice/heat level. No review is complete without commenting on the service- it was AWESOME. Rochelle covered the inside and the patio with a smile on her face. All in all a good experience and we will be back.”

“I have only done take out and.for a quick in and out spot really good so far tried them 3 times the wierd aluminun tv dinner type pans they use i actually love keeps food warm and sauces from getting into rice and sogging out and really good ”

“Nicely renovated. I stop here on my way back from Middletown most times. The only thing I would prefer is the option to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. I go to the vet in Middletown every 6 months minimum and place a mobile order when I leave to pick up on the way back. Because I have to go inside to pick it up I end up leaving my ferret in the car, locking the doors, and remote starting from outside the car so he is safe and comfortable for the few minutes it takes me to run inside.Parking: Decent number of spots along the front of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu, burgers and ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots right in front of the door with access to the sidewalk. The doors are a little heavy and large which might cause difficulty.”
