“Nicely renovated. I stop here on my way back from Middletown most times. The only thing I would prefer is the option to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. I go to the vet in Middletown every 6 months minimum and place a mobile order when I leave to pick up on the way back. Because I have to go inside to pick it up I end up leaving my ferret in the car, locking the doors, and remote starting from outside the car so he is safe and comfortable for the few minutes it takes me to run inside.Parking: Decent number of spots along the front of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu, burgers and ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots right in front of the door with access to the sidewalk. The doors are a little heavy and large which might cause difficulty.“

“There was just one man working (possibly the owner?) and he was fantastic. Incredibly kind & attentive. Friendly & chatty while making our orders & keeping my 4yo entertained too. You don’t find many people who can multitask like this anymore. He is a gem. We’ll be back to this location to support him!“

“My family has been going since it opened almost one hundred years ago. Wow. I've been going since 1967. I live in NH now, and i have to drive 3 hrs each way ( uphill lol) to get the sauce. Worth it. It brings me back to my childhood when I take a bite. comfort food at its best. Nothing like the snap of a Rolsols dog with the perfectly spiced meat sauce. Thanks for the years of memories.“

“The food was amazing! I originally went there to try a sandwich I kept hearing about… I ended up ordering multiple!! The staff was friendly and punctual. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a very comfortable atmosphere… and the prices, great! They also have great deals on Tuesdays and Fridays!I’ll def be back for much more! “I was at Jersey Mike's for the "Day of Giving" when all proceeds of sales go to the local charities, currently the "Make A Wish Foundation." I placed a phone order for pick-up. When I arrived, there was a dedicated employee at the online/phone order pickup, and it was very organized. Great job by the management on such a busy day!!!!“

Upon entering the restaurant today though, (I am still here) i was greeted with the most pleasant greeting i have yet to receive from Audrey. Her customer service amazed me! “We went the other day and the blizzards were delicious. Two complaints we have are the prices of the ice cream and they stopped selling chocolate sprinkles! The service is pretty good but the parking is not ideal. Tight spaces and the walking traffic could be potentially dangerous. We love the various varieties of blizzards such as mint oreo, brownie and snickers. With that said, if you're around the Berlin Turnpike and you want some decent ice cream, this is the place to go.“

“Parking: Easy to park and get in and out of the car and into the building!Kid-friendliness: My grandson loves Burger King, or BK as we call it! ( : He loves to get two cheeseburgers when I take him, and they are always accommodating (true to their "have it your way" motto) with his request to just have cheese on his cheeseburger with the bun, nothing else! And his fries, of course! It is a special treat for him to go there and this grandma loves to oblige his requests. ( :“

“I just want to share my experience… I’m a store manager at a store in Rockyhill…… I had a horrible car accident last year which left my leg mangled and I’m now, after four surgeries within a year, now need a total knee replacement , yes I am back at work but being on my feet for 8 plus hours is painful and I swell really bad ….. so today after a nine plus hour shift I was swollen, in pain and just over my day….. I pulled up to the curb to your store so I didn’t have to stand to cook dinner and your employees as soon as I walked in noticed what I was going through. They told me to sit (which I brushed of and did not ) but just the fact they noticed I was going through something made me think…… they appreciated me being there and I wasn’t a burden to another order they had to do…… both of the associates we amazing compassionate and quite frankly down right amazing !!!!! “I've been eating at KKC for 8 years now. Virginia only has the gas station versions so I was excited to get to this one!! And they didn't disappoint! The chicken was made to order as I requested and the staff didn't hesitate to do it for me. Kindness goes a long way. Will definately return and recommend!!“
