“I run on Dunkin'. That is all. Stayed at the nearby Homewood Suite's and came here daily. Ordered on the app and it was ready when I walked in. No fuss. Food was good and cooked as it should be. Drinks were made properly and tasted as they should. Looks like they have plenty of seating to eat and dine in, but we were on a mission and had to eat and drink on the go.“
“I don't know what to say, the lobby wasn't open yet and I have to be at work before they open. We don't have Dunkin' in my area, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked for her help to make me a coffee. I couldn't have made this coffee better myself. It was like she knew exactly what I meant by semi-sweet and smooth and creamy!.. I'm not used to bright shiny people at 5:00 a.m., most of the time there is tired as I am and they're ready to just get it together and go! These folks are awesome!!“
“I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent had a bad order yet. But mostly the order taker in the morning (older woman I am so sorry I dont know your name). But her catch phrase is “enjoy your day”. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. That turn this from a run of the mill fast food spot to a fine breakfast establishment.“
“I have to say Jayden is an excellent customer service associate. I use the drive thru always she is very upbeat and friendly, always smiles at her customers. Has I could tell from her voice. Jayden really makes my day before heading to a stressful work environment with my coffee. Specially when the associate smiles and exhibits courteous behavior it makes a ton of difference especially in the early morning hours before heading to work. “Just went there. The drive-thru attendant made sure I really wanted a hot coffee, not iced. It made me think a while. But I still got the hot. They didn't have the donut I wanted, but I received a complimentary plain stick. Now that's going above and beyond.“
“I'm so thankful for the hard working staff at Dunkin for working through the pandemic. I can always be sure that the work they do is consistently the same, so when I've had a long day, or just about to start my day, that I can get a great cup of coffee or breakfast to start my day or end the day.“
