“I had a great experience at this location, unlike the awful experience I had at the subway downtown recently. Every employee and the owner himself are consistently cleaning. You can eat off the floor here. All the food is well kept and always fresh as had been on my last three visits there. When I was joking and telling my story of another visit at another location, I said, “you would think that a food business would at least keep things clean in customer view…nobody could see what happens behind the counter or in the freezer, haha”. At this point both the owner and another woman there immediately invited to escort me go in the back, the storage area, even the freezer to take a look!!! I was amazed. I didn’t have to at that point!!“
“Every time I go to this Subway location, the people working have a smile on their faces. The store is nice and clean, the workers are friendly, the ingredients are always well stocked and the service is nice and fast. This is hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to, no questions asked.“

“My wife and I had the opportunity for a late lunch today. This was our second trip to the this location. We went back because ALL the employees are extremely professional and there to provide the optimal experience. While we were dining several people came up to us asking if we needed a refill or if there was something else they could do to make our visit the best that it could be. There were a group of people at a larger table and i could see some badges. Chic-fil-a badges. I assumed on of them was the franchises owner and I was able to figure out who he was. This man as he was walking up to the counter and he asked how we were doing. He cared. He listened. It was TODD the owner. We had a great conversation and made us feel welcome. We complemented him on his location. I let him know the fresh waffle fries are what got my attention. Todd, congrats for what you have and what you are doing for your company.
