“We had a party of almost 30 people in the private room, and Elvis was absolutely wonderful in organizing the event with me during the two weeks prior. The service was great, as was the meal and everything else, all adding up to a highly recommended place for a private event. Merci beaucoup, Chef Cédric.“

“The food was absolutely amazing. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was perfect. The only reason I gave it four stars was due to price. Our meal was over $500, including the tip. I'm so glad we went but will probably not go back due to that.“

“I absolutely love Solly's. One of my favorite bars to go to for a few drinks and some quick food. The service is always great and super fast. Great place to watch the game as they have a bunch of big TVs upstairs. One of the best dive bars in the city by far. Check it out for yourself!!“

“I can't say enough great things about Lutece. My wife and I shared one of the best dining experiences we've ever had in DC there recently. The food was sublime (duck confit tagliatelle was my personal favorite). The wine service was impeccable. The staff was super chill yet very attentive. And the atmosphere was perfect for the moment. We sat at one of the high top kitchen tables, which I highly recommend. We'll be back for sure.“

“When you think of a speakeasy… this place looks like what comes to mind. Down a flight of stairs leading to oversized doors you find yourself stepping back in time and greeted by a skilled bartender sporting a handlebar mustache. Great for an after dinner drink or to just hang out with friends.“

“Honestly Vagabond is one of the coolest spots in DC and it seems to be so low key right own as few people come here to enjoy a night out. The food is amazing and the ambience is also so chic and bright and illuminating, I love the rooftop area, and the drinks are incredible. My favorite at the moment is the Sunzal. A must visit in AdMo“

“This place is intoxicating!! The decor is very Gatsbyesque! Totally cool private gin club speakeasy vibe. Went here for after dinner drinks with my girlfriends and it really hit the mark! The cocktails were gorgeous and delicious! I recommend the Gimlet. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. It was a perfect ending to our girls trip and I can't wait to bring my husband for date night!!! Highly recommend!“

“If you’re looking for a place that serves up dry ciders, look no further. You have to order everything online and they bring it out to you. I’ll definitely return to buy some more ciders to-go.“

“Today, I tried Fight Club. I found their lunch menu offered unique combinations of sandwiches and sides. Each sandwich contained flavors one might not normally pair. I enjoyed a Genoa Salami and Coleslaw Sandwich! It was absolutely fantastic! I’d place it in my top 5 sandwiches ever! If you’re looking for a wonderful dining experience, check out Fight Club DC!“

“Food was tasty and service was good. The tip was factored into the bill so there was no trying to figure out what the tip was supposed to be. A HUGE issue for us however was the noise level. We couldn’t hear our waitress, we couldn’t hear each other and ended up with a miscommunication that resulted in one of our party not getting what they believed they had ordered.“

“One of my absolute favorite Thai restaurants in DC. The food always tastes so fresh and has a great balance of flavors that any good Thai dish should have. The green curry, and drunken noodles have a good amount of spice. Other favorite dishes include the Tom Yum soup, the kanom jeeb, and the mango sticky rice.Great for both dining in and takeout.“

“We heard about this place and were not disappointed. We were in the area, and we went for dinner. We had an amazing fine-dining experience at this historic Italian restaurant, which caters to Georgetown residents and others. Moreover, the quality of food and service is exceptional.“
“Service especially memorable, drinks also better than average “hotel bar” and the light bites were solid. 5 mins walk from Metro station. They have a happy hour menu 5-7! Outdoor seating looked good for when the weather warms up, will be back!“

“Good vibes and cool beer & wine selection here. I kind up wanted the bottom of the slice to get / be crispy, but it seems like a focaccia style dough for the crust. The meatballs were super good and the sauce, cheese, pepperoni all delicious quality ingredients used.“

“So, if not the most iconic, this is certainly one of the most iconic restaurants in DC. Located just on the other side of the White House, it boasts a rich history, including menus from 1910 and other historical artifacts. The restaurant's design is stunning and truly lives up to the hype.As for the food, it's good but not exceptional. The asparagus campanelle was amazingly delicious and was my favorite dish. The meatballs were my second favorite. The chicken fettuccine was just average, and I didn't enjoy the spicy sausage garganelli. The Caesar salad and clam chowder were also good.Overall, I really like this restaurant for its vibe and historical significance. The food, however, is not particularly impressive.Parking: It’s near White House, so don’t expect much for parking“

“Lovely spot in the Dupont Circle Hotel. I don't usually choose hotel restaurants but this was a perfect spot for a quiet lunch with a friend. Our server, Miguel, was fantastic - very helpful, thoughtful, and just the right amount of time spent at our table. The GM (don't have his name) was also very nice - funny and attentive from start to finish. The food was very good, I had a salad with salmon on it, and my friend had the crispy salmon lunch. Highly recommend if you need a classy, quiet spot in downtown DC.“

“A very down-to-earth and chill bar. Incredibly clean with a good vibe.I didn't drink, as I had come from a beer festival and really just wanted food, but I found the swachos good. Had pretty good pulled pork for DC, and the nachos had a ton of pickled jalapeños, which I was thankful for. The jalapeños gave good heat, but it wasn't so overwhelming that a lot of people wouldn't like them. They had good balance.Recommend for a chill night by the 9:30 club.“

“Right in front of the Nationals Ballpark we saw Tap99. What absolutely drew our attention was the Big a** mozzarella sticks (yes they are actually called that)! So we immediately went inside and saw that it was a pour it yourself beer, liquor and shots restaurant as well! We got a demonstration on how to use the machine to pour whatever you want and then we were off to the races. There is a ton of seating both inside and out. Outside has covered seating across from the sidewalk as well which was great! We ordered the totchos, jumbo wings in honey bbq and of course the mozzarella sticks that lured us to this spot. For drinks we ordered various margaritas that poured perfectly in the glass every time. My favorite was the strawberry margaritas. They weren't too sour and had a bit of a sweet flavor to them. We also tried the lemon drop shots you can pour yourself and they were really well done. For the food, everything we ordered was delicious. Those three things turned out to be a ton of food. I really liked the bacon and cheese on the tots, the wings has a great sauce and tons of meat on each one, and the mozzarella sticks were incredible. I was just astonished by how much cheese filled each one and how little breading was needed to hold it all together. It also did a perfect cheese pull with every bite and had some sprinkled cheese on top of them. They were so large we had to conquer them by cutting off bites. I would totally recommend them to anyone that enjoys eating mozzarella sticks. Overall, this spot was incredible, so many people there but also so many taps that you never have to wait in a line to get a drink. I definitely want to come back here again at some point soon!“
