Prices per food always depends on the day and person, it’s never the same. I ordered the same thing back to back same day and the bill was way different than the last. The portion is never filling the bowl.

I had a decent experience at this location on this day. Consistency has always been a problem for me at some of their other locations, but today's visit was good! Even though the restaurant was pretty full when I got here, the employees who were working behind the counter had a good system. I ordered the steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. The person who prepared my bowl did not cut corners, and there was an ample amount of steak and all of the other toppings. They didn't have any ice today, so I just got my fountain drink Doctor Pepper without ice, which wasn't a big deal. I took a spot at the large stretched-out table in front of the front window because all of the tables in the dining room were taken. Everything was decent.

This location is/was short staffed. Several of us had to wait to pay for our food as the cashier was missing in action for at least 5+ minutes. No one else had the ability to ring up the customers. This is the only reason why I took one star away. Other than this, everything else was good.

Every thing is one star they said we don’t have chips or salad dressing why is that if you close at 11pm it’s 9:50 pm everything is DIRTY new team is needed asap I wouldn’t sit in this chipotle if my meal was free smh do better yah ps HU you know you should walk pass but I get it college students need to eat but why is that the Maryland University one can stay clean (College Park) come on make us proud ✊? we need to be held at the same sanitary standards also staff conflict while trying to order but y’all can make chips or salad dressing too much talking too much laziness not enough working night crew 2/9/24 do better also come to work looking like you wash your back door hair nails should be properly groomed shirts wrinkle free I walked in and walked out within 1min because of lack of food

This is one of my favorite places to eat after work, even though the line are sometimes ridiculously long at times the workers are great the night manager he is amazing he is very polite and friendly his customer service is out of this world the young ladies in the evening are quick, friendly and engaging. I have never been in the morning do to my work schedule but I hope the team in the morning is as great as the evening team
