“Soooo good! Ordered catering for a family event and from the first bite everybody wanted to know where the food was from. The jerk salmon, chicken and cabbage is amazing! The white rice.. no words!“

“The food from this restaurant is soooo good they make it very easy for me because I’m a pescatarian and they have so many seafood options from the curry shrimp patties to the fish sandwich and stew fish, Curry shrimp roti ugh everything is fantastic! I’ve never had a bad meal from there The thing I’ve love the most about them is how they package their food for whenever you order from Door dash or grub hub you can bet your money They’ll make sure it’s tamperproof.“

“I stopped here for lunch today. I was WOWED with how clean the outside was and WOWED again with a very warm welcome from the gentleman and lady that was serving and cashing out. I was coming from a 1 hour drive and needed to use the restroom. The restroom was the cleanest restroom I have ever used at a Jamaican restaurant located in America. Everything was going well until I disappointed myself by only being able to eat one meal. I had a mixed lunch (fried chicken and curry goat). The curry goat was seasoned to the bone and very soft. I usually don't eat chicken breast/ white meat, but that's all they had left, so I took a chance and never had any regrets. The chicken was soft, well fried, seasoned, and juicy. Don't think I need to say much more. The evidence is in the picture showing what was left of my meal.“

“Gotta give this place another try! Food has gotten 10x better! From the moment I walked in—I knew something was different! I could smell the freshly prepared food! They seem to have new chefs who care about the food they are cooking, and serving. I had curry goat, and curry chicken with rice & beans. It was sooo good! Everything was properly seasoned, was served hot, and was reasonably priced! Will definitely come back! Big thanks to Stanley, and his new chefs! Best Jamaican food in the area now! ????“

“We stumbled upon this place while at the car wash across the street and placed an order for dinner. WOW. The service at pickup was great with so many smiling faces. The food was SO FLAVORFUL. Drool worthy. The jerk chicken had good heat, so tasty, and a good serving size. The jerk chicken and curry chicken patties were so yummy, we wanted more. The fried plantains were perfect. Can’t wait to go back.“

“It's carry out & delivery only place. Menu is basically 5 main platters with choice of chicken, goat or fish (shrimp).Tried Curry chicken with side rice & steamed cabbage. Portion is good with plenty of flavor. Pricewise, with tips it will set you for $20.Recommend: curry crazy - if willing to experiment, goat. Steamed cabbage as side.Parking: On street & behind the place, but busy.“

“First off, Dave the owner and his beautiful wife are AMAZING people‼ They always treat my husband and myself like family.Now, for the food. My favorite on the menu is the Jamaican Jerk Ribs (served on weekends only), Collard Greens and Mac & Cheese. The flavor is sooooo delicious and reminds me of true, authentic Jamaican food (because it is). The meat falls off the bone...it's just that good and flavorful.The other dish I like is the Oxtail. OMGosh‼ The flavor makes my mouth explode with deliciousness‼ The food is not only good, but it's consistent each and every time we eat there. That's the big difference between Jammin Island BBQ and other restaurants...consistency!If you want some good, authentic Jamaican food, I highly recommend Jammin Island BBQ‼‼Thanks for the AWESOME food Dave‼“

“Food is flavorful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you order ahead of time because you will most likely wait 40 minutes to an hour and a half if you order upon arrival. You order at the counter and wait. There is adequate indoor and outdoor seating but most get takeout. There is also a bar upstairs on Friday and Saturday nights, interesting in checking this out.“

“The food was 10/10 and the costumer service was 20/10!!! They went above and beyond to provide the catering meal I had order, we forgot to pick up the salads and someone (might have been the GM) drove all the way to DC to bring the salads himself so that we could have the full meal. AMAZING! Our people loved the meal and we are so grateful!!“
