“Unlike an experience at a nearby Subway, the sandwiches we got at Jimmy John's were very good. We got the Chicken Caesar Wrap, #1 The Pepe, and #4 Turkey Tom. We needed the sandwiches for a movie at the park event happening close to Jimmy Johns. Service was quick and good. I recommend the Jimmy John's at this location.“
“Ordered from this location from uber eats and they sent me an entirely different order. They need to pay more attention to detail when using 3rd party delivery apps. Ordered a turkey tom with plain chips and got a tuna sandwich with bbq chips with another person with the same name as me with a completely different phone number and spelling. I really like Jimmy Johns, but $20 on an order that isn't yours is completely unacceptable.Reply to the 1st review: I revised my review, because even though they mixed things up they were able to rectify the situation. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Yanira, and she was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to get the right order delivered to me swiftly. I appreciate her for honoring my initial order even though it was placed through uber eats. Exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to anyone.
