Our dinner last night at L’Avant-Garde was fantastic! The king crab tartare appetizer was phenomenal; possibly the best appetizer I’ve ever had. My husband and I both got steaks and they melted in your mouth. Samantha was exceptional. She had excellent wine selections for us. I highly encourage you to try L’Avant-Garde!
All of the best meals of my life have been prepared by Chef Sebastien Giannini. He is not only one of the best chefs in DC but also a phenomenal person; he welcomed us like family. The hospitality of the entire staff was unparalleled. In particular, Jeff, our waiter, was very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home.
