“Delicious and convenient dining option We ate here twice while on vacation and staying at the Hyatt House. It was a convenient 3-minute walk across the parking lot from our hotel. The cashier was really helpful, friendly, and patient about explaining the different sandwich options. We also had the chicken tortellini both times. The bakery dessert items including the pumpkin muffin and the frosted brownie were very good. The only reason I give four stars is that the second time we visited there was a guy in back preparing the food who completely forgot someone's order that had been placed in advance and then he said they didn't even have one of the items the customer ordered. We waited for quite a while for our order (not placed ahead) and realized that he forgot to provide one of our loafs of bread and did not provide butter as requested. It seemed like he wasn't really paying attention.“
“In my perspective, they've redeemed themselves from the last time I was here (About 2 years ago) I came around 7pm and didn't expect the food to be that good considering the fact that it's around closing time but ALL THE PASTRIES WERE FRESH, MY BREAD WAS WARM AND THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS GREAT‼Will be back“
“A little bit confusing to get to the location as the place is inside a building. It’s a bit small but easy to take out your orders. Staffs were kind and friendly. No seating inside but there’s food court near by with available seatings.“
“I ordered soup and bread bowl to go over the app. The order was ready at the quoted time, the team members were friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was nice. There are seats for dining in and kiosks from which to order. The bistro French onion soup was excellent. This is a smaller location but has a full menu.“
“I used to eat here a lot late at night, if I wouldn't get sleep or felt no sleep early in the morning while homeless. I was homeless at the time, thank God I have a lovely home in Uganda-my home country. No one at all gave me a hard time while eating here(odd orders), my meals were always in order and very accurate. I have almost zero complaits except that the hospital always failed to keep the bathrooms well stocked with essentials like toilet seat paper covers and paper towels. However I do not put the blame on the restaurant but rather goes to the hospital that I think maintains the bathrooms. Be aware that they do not serve sodas but have all the charged juices from what I remember which a great thing avoiding unhealthy soft sodas. I used eat here in the month of August this year of 2022 while I was in Washington DC area while relocating to Uganda after attaining wisdom from US. Thank you staff working at this location, for taking care of us-you are all amazing and I love u guys because u always gave me what I always wanted/needed which I rarely got from other restaurants or Panera locations.All in all, please eat here whenever u can always, they server pretty hot meals, fresh and very accurate.“
“The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The manager gave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. He said it was on him. And gave us 3 chocolate cookies. Thank you, I think his name is Phillip for your generosity and kindness.“
“It is a very nice placeBut it is very uncomfortable to eat inside the place because the tables are very dirty, the floors are always dirty and not to mention the bathrooms and the homeless who come to bother the people who are eating their food, they do not have aControl with good cleaning of the premises.“
“One of my fav Panera because it has good location. The strawberry charged lemonade is amazing. The space is a little bit smaller than expected but I was just picking up and go so it was fine. The employees were all very nice and respectful.“
