While walking it the place was bumpin. Super busy but the workers didn't look stressed at all they were happy to serve the customers in a jam packed restaurant.“
“This is the second time I order online to pick up at this location and this is my go to chipotle now! The workers were smiling and the inside was clean. I usually order a chicken bowl and for the past two times now, my bowl was full and heavy. Definitely coming back :) Thank you!!“
“Simple and healthy is what i needed after eating chips all day and this stop was perfect for less than two dollars ! There was a line of young people wrapping around the store that moved quickly and i was the oldest person on line! The venue gets a very youthful crowd. Parking was easy. There were a few tables outdoors where i sat down and had my very tasty rice and beans at an amazingly low price“
“I do like Chipolte the food is usually good and it's usually a clean place however this time around they completely messed my order up by forgetting my kids food and it was delivered to me my kids food was completely missing and when I went there the women kept telling me it was there I ordered 2 kids meal and a burrito apparently the bag had my burrito order on it my sons food (which was the one missing) was apparently the burrito and my daughters meal she argued with me for 5 minutes as I kept telling her my food was missing she kept saying it was there it wasn't she kept saying I ordered 2 kid quesadilla I didn't my son does not eat cheese he had 2 soft steak only tacos not a quesadilla all she had to do was heat 2 tortillas up and put the steak in a cup took not even 5 minutes instead she insisted on trying to prove I was wrong which I wasn't the whole restaurant was an absolute disgusting mess garbage was overflowing from the multiple bins onto the floor tables were filthy still yes they were busy but still I've ran a restaurant busy or not I made sure food was correctly sent out and the restaurant was clean it was so dirty I did not even let my kids use the restroom cause if the visible area looked like it did the bathroom was probably worse... they need more staff on days they are busy this truly might have been a short staff thing that happened but it still is not an excuse.“
“Had a great experience today at this location. Although they were taking care of online orders they also prioritized the customers on line. The caucasian male blonde manager welcomed up with a big smile and provided us with PROPER portions (a nice refresher). Everything was going smoothly until the cashier checked us out. We were standing there for a good 3 minutes while she completely ignored us and focused solely on the people with take out orders. When she finally took care of us, she had a nasty attitude and nearly threw the bag down in front of us. Other than her, the experience was great.“
