My first try and wow. Amazing tacos and awesome service. Had the steak tacos and loved the tortillas they use. I cannot wait to go back and try more stuff on their menu. Highly recommended!!!
Ordering Birria tacos is my go-to for finding out how legit a place is. Don Pablo reeeeally makes the best birria in Palm Beach County, and, dare I say all of South Florida! The large side of consommé was ridiculously tasty and even though I took everything to go, the tacos were sooo crispy and delicious upon digging in! 5 stars for Don Pablo! I’ll definitely be bringing my money back here for more.

The Quesabirria flavors weren't quite what I expected, but it still tasted very good, and the portion size was fair for the price. It's nice that they offer to open your drink bottle. I just wish they gave more lime because the wedge wasn't enough for the whole quesadilla. I can see why this place is consistently busy. I’m sure I will be back to try other menu items in the future!
