The Manger There Is Completely Rude and So Many Levels. She shouldn’t be in charge of anyone, how she talks to the employees and guest is mind blowing. I had A Party of 12 yesterday and my server was beyond amazing Great employee by the name of Michael. But the manger is rude for starters when I put down my deposit she was rude, so I was like hey maybe she is having a bad day. But than yesterday at my party you can clearly tell she is a nasty old bitter women that has a awful attitude. As I was getting soda with my kids she was yelling at the party host that they better make sure that the parties fill out the online survey before we leave or they will be in. Trouble. Like really, next off when she came to our table as she is talking she is rolling her eye like she is bothered by having to ask us how our party is going, If you don’t wanna work stay home. Then when we pay we find out you can only tip in cash is Bull because them party host go without tips and bust their buts and you can’t even tip them unless you have cash. Last when I pointed out to her as I am Leaving she is rude. Lord she got even more rude and yelled at me that she is not rude and that she is polite and she doesn’t need our business because I said she is rude! Note my party there was no issues, spent over 500 dollars and had to go get cash to make sure my server got a great tip ! And for your disrespectful manger to say that is mind blowing because if family’s like myself don’t bring business the store wouldn’t be open
