“My sister, her husband and I were looking to grab a quick bite while traveling at 5:30 am today. The employees were so nice to us at such an early time. Food came out really fast and the bacon on my breakfast sandwich was so tasty and crispy! Thank you to the employees for being such a good sport and serving us with a smile.Kudos to this location!“

“The employees are clearly not coffee drinkers at this Dunkin. I asked for an iced latte and got what looked like iced dirty milk and I asked for a small black coffee to throw in on top after I dumped some of the drink that was given to me. The gentleman behind the counter told me there is no coffee in a latte that it is just milk and espresso… so now Im genuinely curious what this gentleman thinks espresso is.“
“On July19, 2023 I stopped in for a quick iced coffee and a wake up wrap. I was trying to open my Dunkin app to record the purchase and was having trouble. The young woman at the counter was Courtney. She was so friendly and helpful and got the app logged in for me. I think the people who post bad reviews about the staff being rude here are probably rude to the staff first. Courtney's coworker, sorry i didn't get his name , was just as friendly and courteous. Thank you guys for making my day better! : )“

“This location has always been my go to as its close to my home. I generally order via the app and pick up but even when I forget or make a quick drip in, they always make my order quickly and correct. This location make me happy after a poor experience while away from home base.“

AND SO WORTH the search ... a great doctor, a great teacher, a great friend, a great partner, a great mentor, etc ...and also really outstanding Customer Service ...JOSH ... is the gentleman who helped me out at 7:30 am ... and this young man is taking care of four customers in-line ... two additional customers picking up (pre-ordered) and his colleague lady co-hort at the baking breakfast station making it ALL HAPPEN ❗and my order included a "Cup-of-Joe" + a 12 assorted donut box ...Very swift ... polite ... and thoroughly detailed ... shared with me the costs and the better options to choose for my order ... WHILE also letting the other customers know "in just a few more minutes I will be done with the gentleman and you are next ... thank you for waiting ...JOSH is also the "owner" of the establishment and that aligned perfectly with the service he was providing ...May all his team share in his manner and style to make sure the customer is appreciated ... receives what they ordered ... and experience an outstanding Customer Service and really great fresh hot coffee ❗“
“An above average Dunkin' Donuts for a small little place.The staff is very polite, efficient and accurate. The coffee nice hot and tasty.Not much in the way of seating, but I'm a carry-out sort of guy. A bit of a limited selection of baked goods, likely due to the limited wall space. But what was there was very fresh and appetizing.Unlike some other D&D's, the promotional specials were visible right at the register.It's in the Whitworth Farms strip mall, so there is some competition with nearby eateries, etc., for parking, but you can usually find a spot close enough.“
“Had to go to the Hospital for some treatment and found of all things a DD shop inside. How neat. Fresh donuts and an OJ made my morning not as stressful so I could realax for a while. A very nice friendly staff,fast service,two fresh donuts did the trick. A nice place for you to stop if you are in the area so you can realax and perhaps brink your friend or family member a donut if it is allowed.. Check first>“
