visit this location pretty often and never have a problem. I visited for dinner tonight and it was horrible. Our steak was overcooked, sent it back and got it back overcooked AGAIN not to mention they didn't even give me the cut of steak I ordered ??♀️. RETURNED THE WHOLE STEAK MEAL! LH burger was ordered well done and it was RAW inside, sent it back and they told me they would cook it more (after it was broken into peices) so I told them no thanks I just didn't want it. They ended up cutting a new burger in half so it would cook quicker (original patties are thick) it was an extremely thin patty. John (the manager) was a complete ghost and never came out to apologize nor try to make anything right! I actually felt bad for my server. Do better John!!!

On a busy day like Mother's Day! I was able to call in advance to hold a table for 11. When I got there it was simple and easy without a lot of time and hassle. Food and Service from Justine was terrific.

Waited for more than an hour to get a table. Another party with more people than mine showed up and got seated before us. The orders were all wrong. I personally asked for a medium well stake and they brought me back a piece of something that looked like a stake but it was all burnt.... beyond well done... waitress was sweet but she seem to be in a rush and messed up most of the orders. Worst service ever. Will not be comming back anytime soon.
