It seems like being able to read is not a prerequisite here. Despite paying for extra cheese, I ended up with a completely cheeseless burger. Though this might seem like a trivial issue, it's just one in a series of recurring mishaps. This branch just can't seem to get an order right.

Food in my hair multiple times - won't be going back to this location. Not sure if this is an ongoing issue for other people or if the times I went (between 12-3 am) had anything to do with it. I've had other McDonald's since then without this issue so I just have a hard time trusting this location again.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers BOTH with NO ONIONS. Tell me why BOTH of the burgers were covered in onions. We could taste the onions in every bite. No pickle and full of onions. And there's also a slip on the burger that clearly says No Onions. I don't understand. Lunch was terrible. Tasting onions and biting onions while trying to eat your lunch.

This McDonald's has to be the worst in Palm Beach county. Please don't ever take your kids here or eat here. The service is the worst in the world. How do they serve me a Double cheeseburger with only one bun. And I ordered fries hold the flies ants roaches or whatever this is in my fries.. After the bug in my food I'm completely sickened by the thought of even riding by a McDonald's. This whole location needs to be shutdown
Did a mobile app order for inside pick up and waited 25 minutes at the mobile pickup counter. No one acknowledged my presence the whole time so I decided to go through the drive through thinking maybe easier since all I ordered was 1 milk shake and 3 ice creams. I was wrong, I was directed to pull around to the side of the restaurant where I waited another 15 minutes before I went back inside and was finally given my order. I'd understand if it was busy but that wasn't the case
