FROM A GOOD FRIEND I HAVE PICS OF HER BURNS. I was burned at the drive thru at the McDonald’s at Boynton Beach Blvd and jog last week. The server accidentally poured a large hot black coffee into my car and on my arm. I have tried for a week to get the store to contact me and they won’t do it! I have called corporate 7 times including today and have multiple case numbers . i spoke to Miguel the manager at this disgusting McDonald’s location and he said he would take care of it then followed up with an email saying it’s a shame I am unreachable ! I responded ‘why are u pretending we never spoke to each other ? And he will NOT respond to my texts or emails ! I am warning anyone not to go to this store ! They are dangerous and obviously unethical ! I am in so much discomfort and the store and corporate McDonald’s doesn’t care . I AM SHAMING this store ! I also wanted to be nice and didn’t want to call an attorney but after a week of being treated like I am invisible I decided to contact an attorney.
