“Sunny South Florida spring is all about enjoying the outdoors and sharing a good meal with family and friends. Driftwood was the perfect place to do both. They have a nice beer, cocktail, and wine selection. One of my dinner companions chose the Copperpoint Bees Squeeze - a light beer, perfect for the warm breezy evening. To start, I really wanted to try the fried chicken oysters while others wanted to try to the beef empanada, so why not both? The chicken was moist, perfectly fried, and the mac & cheese spaetzle was out of this world, especially with the tang of the few pickle slices on the plate. The beef empanada really hit the spot - it was a great combination of the fried dough, succulent meat, and pickled onions. We had to order two, because one is too little to share between three people. In no time, our main entrees arrived by really knowledgeable and friendly staff. We couldn't keep our forks out of the others' dishes, because all were so different and delicious. The rigatoni had just the right amount of bite and every crevice of the pasta was covered in a delicious bolognese sauce and sharp cheese. The chicken and dumplings brought me back to growing up in Tennessee (except this dish was better!). You know how you get a plate of chicken and dumplings and there's never enough dumplings? Not this time. The dumplings were plenty, the chicken was moist and tender, the sauce was seasoned just right, and the celery and parsley leaves gave it a really bright flavor. And finally, the shrimp and grits was hearty with large shrimp well-cooked, smothered in a slightly spicy sauce. I could eat that plate for breakfast lunch and dinner... every day. We were all very happy with all aspects of our meal, and look forward to trying the dishes that we gawked at all night at other people's tables!“

“Great and friendly service at this bar. We went for lunch on a Sunday and all had mahi mahi (a couple of sandwiches, and the tacos). The sandwiches were fine, and the tacos were pretty good (but the nacho chips were not). I took it to four stars for the staff, they are attentive and friendly.“

“Christmas Eve dinner with my family. This was the best food any of us have ever eaten in our entire lives, the Korean Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps were incredible. The pork belly melted in your mouth. The prime rib was like butter“

“Hands down best homemade breakfast I have had in a very long time. My ultra-picky 13yo daughter actually finished her entire meal (scrambled eggs and bacon). For the first time in my life, I didn’t need to butter or load up my pancakes with butter or syrup as they were amazing. The owners sister is an excellent waitress, conversationalist, and listening to their repeat patrons rave about the food that was being picked up made me happy to know that i have a place to go too time and again for the same perfect food and service. Prices were low for the portions too❣️“

“The food is amazing and prepared fresh daily! The service is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and sociable. They have become family ♥️ The atmosphere is laid-back and very welcoming. Juice Berry has the largest vegetarian/healthy selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner and that's what I love about them the most. I could literally eat three meals from them everyday! Their soups are made from scratch and delicious. The salads are to die for especially with some grilled shrimp/turkey or chicken breast on top. They have a large selection of salad dressings, which are all great. They make the freshest chicken and cheese quesadilla "I promise after you eat a chicken quesadilla from them you will not eat one anywhere else"!“

“Exceptional, why did I take so long to come back? This is a mistake I don't intend to repeat.From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at the host stand set the pace. Everyone we encountered gave a warm welcome as they were dashing around working, nice vibe.The Tuna Tartare appetizer was out of this world. Cold, fresh, beautifully presented with crispy wontons, Wasabi cream, and mashed avocado. Honestly, I considered ordering a second one after it was completely demolished.I was ready to have the grilled meatloaf until I heard the specials. Chose the tile fish served over dirty rice, cilantro crema, grilled asparagus, and topped with roasted red pepper and corn salsa. No joke there, folks, this was beyond delicious. Every element was perfect, and the flavor was sophisticated, but not pretentious... totally approachable and something I would order again without a doubt.It came as no surprise the service was perfect. The manager visited the table, and I appreciated seeing lots of teamwork in the dining room. Impressive. Kudos to the team at DaDa, a fabulous experience in an expertly operated establishment.“

My waitress name was Lori and it was a wonderful experience she made some great recommendations had the pork belly it was heaven the chef know what there doing definitely going back very soon. “The first time we went to Drift we ended up walking out before eating. It was Christmas and they had a price fixe menu that was absurdly expensive. But last night we ate there and it was excellent. Nick took great care of us and the food was really good. They also did a very nice job in decorating the space. Beautiful. We'll be back“

There were very few people in the dining room so there was very little "buzz."The restaurant, like the hotel, needs to do a better job promoting itself. “Stopped by for a business lunch. Since we were meeting here we were all in separate vehicles. There is no parking so only valet which was inconvenient but since the first arrival had already checked his truck we opted to do the same. First negative. Pickups don't work well in those situation. We were great at the door by a friendly hostess and seated immediately which is a positive. We asked for patio but were seated inside with a window view so a neutral. Our waitress was a lot of fun and did an excellent job. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I opted for the salad with grilled shrimp and the house dressing. Someone forgot to season the shrimp as they were bland. The vinaigrette was also not very flavorful which was disappointing. The tea was good. There was another salad and a fish of the day also at the table. Food was ok but just ok and for the parking hassle and the price I would have expected much better. The waitress gets the stars and not the food. Too many good choices to eat in this area to settle for ok at this price point and the parking hassle.“

“The food here is always delicious. The restaurant is a non-profit that supports animal rescue. The view is peaceful and charming. It’s a small place, so be prepared for small annoyances, like they’re out of an item, the tiny parking lot is full, or one of the bathrooms is out of service. It’s worth it. Service is always chill and pleasant - good vibes.“

“We have been eating here for a long time, but had to post about Jenni who was not only a great server, but a great person. We watched her physically assist one of her elderly customers at a different table as he left. We did tell the manager of course. Character matters!“

“Hands down some of the best food in Palm Beach County!!! What a pleasant surprise. You read about it being a James beard semi finalist. You read menu changes daily, check the menu only to see a handful of dishes sourced from local farms. This is brilliant, the entire staff front and back of house all seemed chill, enjoying their craft, prepared, and friendly. When they have the time to get everything ready before dinner service and then just get to have a good time plating food, it's awesome. Menu isn't overwhelming or redundant that neither customers nor staff will get bored. Executing delicious and beautifully presented food. When you have a highly trained chef who has held previously a Michelin star for 6 years now down in Florida doing his own thing it's pretty cool. If you are one of those people who might be apprehensive of a small unmodifiable menu... just trust Chef Jeremy! He came over to my friend and I and introduced himself, he took good care of us because we are both in the hospitality business. Everything was Great. I am eager to return again.“

“This cafe is perfection!! Me and my sister came here for lunch and the food was exceptional. The food is also made fresh to order! So it is worth the wait ! I ordered the lobster roll with fries and let’s just say my plate was wiped clean. We barely spoke while eating because it was so delicious!“
