Nice location, very friendly atmosphere,night manager great attitude, some of the staff members not all of them they needs to get a bit more professional training when it comes to especially dealing with customers transactions,the food needs to be attended to so it won't be old looking.
Usually very good & reliable, however I witnessed a few things with takeout/delivery that has me concerned. While eating my meal I noticed delivery drivers being handed sealed bags of food yet were handed cups to fill drinks at fountain machine. Seems that's a serious sanitary issue?..

I walked into this Congress location near closing time (10:17 pm) and the entire night shift crew did an amazing job completing my order. Two young men by the names of Ezekiel and Leo stood out to me the most. They went above and beyond made sure to fulfill my order correctly while providing the utmost customer service. Regardless of the time of night these two made sure a customer was taken care of correctly!
