“Sunny South Florida spring is all about enjoying the outdoors and sharing a good meal with family and friends. Driftwood was the perfect place to do both. They have a nice beer, cocktail, and wine selection. One of my dinner companions chose the Copperpoint Bees Squeeze - a light beer, perfect for the warm breezy evening. To start, I really wanted to try the fried chicken oysters while others wanted to try to the beef empanada, so why not both? The chicken was moist, perfectly fried, and the mac & cheese spaetzle was out of this world, especially with the tang of the few pickle slices on the plate. The beef empanada really hit the spot - it was a great combination of the fried dough, succulent meat, and pickled onions. We had to order two, because one is too little to share between three people. In no time, our main entrees arrived by really knowledgeable and friendly staff. We couldn't keep our forks out of the others' dishes, because all were so different and delicious. The rigatoni had just the right amount of bite and every crevice of the pasta was covered in a delicious bolognese sauce and sharp cheese. The chicken and dumplings brought me back to growing up in Tennessee (except this dish was better!). You know how you get a plate of chicken and dumplings and there's never enough dumplings? Not this time. The dumplings were plenty, the chicken was moist and tender, the sauce was seasoned just right, and the celery and parsley leaves gave it a really bright flavor. And finally, the shrimp and grits was hearty with large shrimp well-cooked, smothered in a slightly spicy sauce. I could eat that plate for breakfast lunch and dinner... every day. We were all very happy with all aspects of our meal, and look forward to trying the dishes that we gawked at all night at other people's tables!“

“My husband and I each had 4 tasters. Their menu board at the tables and papers to write down selections was a great idea. The wooden picnic tables and high top tables were very comfortable. The rules do state that you can only have your dogs outside. But they have a nicely shaded wooden deck to sit on outside. The bartenders were very friendly. They have a weekly list on a board of the daily food trucks.“

“Also known as North Boynton Brewing. Scott was my beer tender for the evening. What a great guy. I tried the Jalapeño Honey Blonde. I tend to like these. This one has a great balance of heat and sweet. Just enough to say it's there. The Boynton Brunette was next in my flight. A very easy drinker. Next up was the "Checkin It Twice" winter ale. This one has a fair share of ginger and cinnamon. It's got a burst of flavor so if you like your spiced winter brews you will like this. Last on my flight was "Facebook Jail" Pilsner. Love the name as I feel we have all been there. This is a well balanced easy to drink pilsner. My flight was a great bunch of beers. They have a couple of stouts, IPA's and more than a handful of sours. Definitely a brewery where anyone can find something to drink.“

It’s on the first floor at the back of the marina basin with a great few of the marina.The staff was friendly and engaging the coffee was fresh and hot. They had bottled drinks in a drink cooler to go if you were in a hurry.“

“Natural Blends is the BEST. They have the most delicious smoothies with tons of really high quality protein and supplement options to add in if you want. They don’t use cheap, low quality stuff like most of these places; way better than any Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie, or any of the major chains. Their açaí bowls are INSANE, the food is really good and fresh, and they sell all kinds of protein and other supplements, fresh juices, etc. This is NOT your run of the mill smoothie shop… Once you try it, you’ll be in there every day like everyone else.“

“I go in every so often to get coffee, great drinks (cafe miel is great) and service! Bathrooms can be cleaner and ambience is nice. I’m always in a rush and it was nice not having to go deep into the store for a straw and have them available at the front, not sure if they don’t do straws anymore? Otherwise decent place.“

“Nice local bar restaurant, servers are excellent, friendly, quick to help. There local beer on tap is always on special, The steamed shrimp were nice large size, right amount of spice, and nice & hot too peel and eat snap when you bite into them.,. So good!The softshell crab sandwich was a be recommended favorite came stacked high and a thick piece of marble rye had nice flavor just a bit too much breading so I chose too just eat the crab and left the bread. Ask for Jensen our server she was great!“

“I'm so heartbroken over what happened at Cafe' Frankie's. I loved working there as a Hostess/ Helper/ Server, from Feb 17th till last week. Tom (an owner) explained after telling me no one gets fired during the slow season, that schedules just get evenly dispersed so as to keep it fair. Instead, I was blindsighted the next day me when it was announced in a group chat that the next week's schedule had been changed. I myself had five shifts scheduled for that week. The new adjusted schedule did not even have my name on it. Point is I was making $x amount per hour and they just don't want to pay me. I worked so hard and I looked so well-kept every time I worked. Customers asked me if I was an owner and were surprised when I laughed no. They said I compliment the establishment and really help everyone out on every level. I put my all into it. I ran food, hostessed, expedited, served occasionally, made desserts, came in on my days off when they called me, did the washing of linens in the evening so they'd have them the next day. Handled reservations. Took to go orders, put them together, swept the floors, ran ice, did side work, bussed tables, even washed dishes and took payments when servers were backed up and needed help. I smiled at every employee and customer at every shift. I mean they cut me out in a group chat and put it all on the GM. Do they just dislike good human beings? They just took away 5 shifts of mine and said in a group chat that the schedule had been modified. I am so sad and want to let Tom and Steve, the owners, know the blow was low and it hurts.I have to go in for 1 more weeks pay and I will walk in with my head held high, being my beautiful self and I will still feel love for their restaurant.Because although they were wrong, I truly love Cafe' Frankie's and I can't change that. I never called out, yet when my mom had an unexpected stroke....when I ASkED you if I could go to her side, Tom said, "aw man, Michelle. God bless your mom, call Joe and have him adjust the schedule."The other time out was announced on the day you hired me when I disclosed that I had a scheduled medical procedure coming up (so no time missed). It was an out of town procedure. Pre-approved by YOU. If I was disgruntled I would not have given you 4 stars and I would have discussed something else.“

“Good, authentic Columbian food.. my first experience with it.. it was tasty and there was plenty of food. Had a great appetizer, sort of a semi-sweet pancake, covered with a delicious Columbian cheese. My dinner included steak, rice and beans, and pork belly.. I ate most everything, except the pork belly (which I was apprehensive to eat, as it was my first experience with it).. I have to say, it was a little pricey..“

“A very good restaurant located in a very quiet area, it has a very rich atmosphere and the service is very good. There are several food options between chicken, meat and fish, all of the ones we tried are very good.Kid-friendliness: There is a children's menu.“

“Not sure where a couple reviews came from. I've been to east ocean at least 2 dozen times. Never disappointed. The eggs Benedict are amazing and the nova is the best and the nova is way more than plentiful. One evening I ordered the lobster ravioli .He didn't have the filling so he made me a lobster sauce with the ravioli that was incredible , fresh lobster and at $21 unbelievable!! Just the other day I had an omelet and the eggs were so fluffy I'm tempted to ask how the chef does it! My daughter and I love this place and so does my little doxie!!“

“The food is amazing and prepared fresh daily! The service is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and sociable. They have become family ♥️ The atmosphere is laid-back and very welcoming. Juice Berry has the largest vegetarian/healthy selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner and that's what I love about them the most. I could literally eat three meals from them everyday! Their soups are made from scratch and delicious. The salads are to die for especially with some grilled shrimp/turkey or chicken breast on top. They have a large selection of salad dressings, which are all great. “I stopped in spontaneously having never visited before. I found a beautiful, clean & welcoming environment. The owner assisted me in ordering & settling my check in advance which allowed her to prepare my delicious meal and that it was! I had beef skewers, grilled vegetables, rice and an additional, traditional, dipping sauce. All was delicious and quickly prepared. All ingredients were fresh & very tasty. “Jeremiah's is such a fun place to go, and I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet! They had my heart when I realized that they gave pup cups to dogs for free. They get a little bit of peanutty ice, topped with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. Whenever we go to the Joseph Crowder dog park, we walk down to Jeremiah's and all have a sweet treat! They have a myriad of flavors and you can mix and match anything you would like. You can get just ice, or you can do a parfait mixed with vanilla or chocolate ice cream. The inside is decorated so whimsically that it's fun to look at! If you're looking for a fun place to go for a sweet treat, that is very dog friendly, head on over to Jeremiah's! You won't be sorry, we never are!“

“The restaurant - clean, casual eat in environment. If I went again, I'd skip the fountain beverages, but I'm pretty sure that's just my personal thing - I have this "off taste" fountain beverage issue in many FL restaurants. The pizza: If "Jet's" is the standard for Detroit Style pizza, Motor City blows it away. The pizza is indeed square with cheese baked to the edges, yet it is not quite identical to Jet's in that the dough was not overly "yeasty" the way Jet's dough can get. The crust was light and airy and crispy, as opposed to greasy and dense. SO if you REALLY love Jet's, this pizza may slightly disappoint you. If you think Jet's is "just okay" or "maybe on to something," this will be the pizza you have always been looking for, but never knew it. The coney: Admittedly, the hot dog is not a koegel or a Kowalski. It has the flavor profile of a Hebrew National, and thus lacks the German "wurst" flavor one expects as well as the natural casing "snap" one wants in a true Coney. That said, If the hot dog is not the "star" of the coney for you, you should be satisfied with this Coney "fix," as the excellent coney sauce is just like I grew up with in Sterling Heights. We were so glad to discover the sauce more like Pheonix or National Coney Island than Leo's, which was all we could get while living in Flint. Prices were on the higher side of reasonable. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend.“

“Beers on tap and liquor very complete. Not too much of a beer guy and couldn't resist the ol time favorite Moscow Mule. It was very well-made by the bartender. Cool place for lunch. Quick and easy, while not sacrificing the ambiance to some whole in the wall. This place is up a notch from Bru's Room, Hurricane's or the Ale House across the street.
