“What I can say at Least for me and my Family. Since we have becoming here, we have always been treated and greeted with the up most respect from the Staff. It All starts with Leon and his Staff, especially Jason and Crystal. We celebrated both Good Times and Sad and have been treated like Family. “I'm so heartbroken over what happened at Cafe' Frankie's. I loved working there as a Hostess/ Helper/ Server, from Feb 17th till last week. Tom (an owner) explained after telling me no one gets fired during the slow season, that schedules just get evenly dispersed so as to keep it fair. Instead, I was blindsighted the next day me when it was announced in a group chat that the next week's schedule had been changed. I myself had five shifts scheduled for that week. The new adjusted schedule did not even have my name on it. Point is I was making $x amount per hour and they just don't want to pay me. I worked so hard and I looked so well-kept every time I worked. Customers asked me if I was an owner and were surprised when I laughed no. They said I compliment the establishment and really help everyone out on every level. I put my all into it. I ran food, hostessed, expedited, served occasionally, made desserts, came in on my days off when they called me, did the washing of linens in the evening so they'd have them the next day. Handled reservations. Took to go orders, put them together, swept the floors, ran ice, did side work, bussed tables, even washed dishes and took payments when servers were backed up and needed help. I smiled at every employee and customer at every shift. I mean they cut me out in a group chat and put it all on the GM. Do they just dislike good human beings? They just took away 5 shifts of mine and said in a group chat that the schedule had been modified. I am so sad and want to let Tom and Steve, the owners, know the blow was low and it hurts.I have to go in for 1 more weeks pay and I will walk in with my head held high, being my beautiful self and I will still feel love for their restaurant.Because although they were wrong, I truly love Cafe' Frankie's and I can't change that. I never called out, yet when my mom had an unexpected stroke....when I ASkED you if I could go to her side, Tom said, "aw man, Michelle. God bless your mom, call Joe and have him adjust the schedule."The other time out was announced on the day you hired me when I disclosed that I had a scheduled medical procedure coming up (so no time missed). It was an out of town procedure. Pre-approved by YOU. If I was disgruntled I would not have given you 4 stars and I would have discussed something else.“

“We’re obsessed, my husband and I pick up dinner from here a couple times a month and every meal has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and polite. Definitely try the garlic rolls, honey goat cheese pizza and the meatball sub, you won’t regret it.Parking: Easy access to free parking garage, the entrances are located on the north and south side of the building and you can park on the first floor.“

“I enjoy the restaurant and service. The food without Sunday Gravy is very good. We found the Sunday Gravy too sweet. Usually Sunday Gravy is delicious and a favorite. Chicken wings delicious, Salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The eggplant parm with the Sunday gravy was disappointing.“

If I went again, I'd skip the fountain beverages, but I'm pretty sure that's just my personal thing - I have this "off taste" fountain beverage issue in many FL restaurants. The pizza: If "Jet's" is the standard for Detroit Style pizza, Motor City blows it away. The pizza is indeed square with cheese baked to the edges, yet it is not quite identical to Jet's in that the dough was not overly "yeasty" the way Jet's dough can get. The crust was light and airy and crispy, as opposed to greasy and dense. SO if you REALLY love Jet's, this pizza may slightly disappoint you. If you think Jet's is "just okay" or "maybe on to something," this will be the pizza you have always been looking for, but never knew it. The coney: Admittedly, the hot dog is not a koegel or a Kowalski. It has the flavor profile of a Hebrew National, and thus lacks the German "wurst" flavor one expects as well as the natural casing "snap" one wants in a true Coney. That said, If the hot dog is not the "star" of the coney for you, you should be satisfied with this Coney "fix," as the excellent coney sauce is just like I grew up with in Sterling Heights. We were so glad to discover the sauce more like Pheonix or National Coney Island than Leo's, which was all we could get while living in Flint. Prices were on the higher side of reasonable. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend.“

“been customer's of Rudi's pizza for years! has brooklyn water dough that makes a NY style crust ..delicious! Tony adds his special touch. the linguine w clam sauce is outrageous..and plenty of tiny clams..so is stuffed shells..Rudi's marinara has a bit of sweetness and tops all his dishes with flavor. my favorite house salad comes with the best balsamic house dressing I've ever tasted. and the staff, Derick, Owen and Jasmine are always polite, attentive and accommodating. Kudos all around! 5+ ☆☆☆☆☆☆“

“Pretty clean, only every really crowded on the weekends. The staff are all pretty welcoming and pleasant to interact with. I really love all the upgrades and new games. Fun games for everyone, even parents! It's not cheap to go there if you plan to play with your kids or have multiples so download the app and take advantage of the coupons and free play minutes or tickets. Love the party set up also.“

“A1 Pizza Kitchen is fantastic for a restaurant in a convenient store! Being from New York, I believe I have higher standards for Italian food than average. We've had their stuffed shells, chicken parmesan, pizza, Caesar salad and garlic knots. All absolutely delicious. You wouldn't necessarily think that should be a top choice when thinking about where to pick up food (they also deliver) but it should be. The food taste fresh and prepared carefully. Great flavor, larger portions and price is reasonable (especially in comparison to lots of other Italian restaurants). The menu is relatively small but what they do have is tasty as can be. This is becoming a staple as a quick pick up order.“
