My family and I had a great experience today at this RedLobster location. Our waitress Heather was amazing. It was super busy due to it being Easter Sunday, but she made sure she attended to us perfectly. Kudos is also due to the manager who came over and ensured our meal and service was exceptional. Food was also great, biscuits were fresh and warm. They really made our day ?
The food was great once I got it home. I sat at the bar waiting for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the young man standing 5' 11", medium build with curly hair. He came in the bar area twice without even saying a word to me. The third time he asked was I picking up an order. I told him I was eating in and placing a TOGO order. We used to go to this Red lobster quite often but it has really gone downhill. First off the booth seats were low as the springs were broken so it was not comfortable, the waitress was exceptionally good with suggestions and friendliness. The food came out good.
