I love this location!! This Starbucks first of all my coffee was delicious. I used restroom which was spotless clean. I was so super busy with my work that I forgot my bag!Ron to do my appointment and realized my bag was missing?I called the Starbucks someone answered immediately. I said I’ve lost my bag. My second favorite Starbucks off Congress (there are three) While the customer service consistently friendly the consistency of the drinks leaves much to be desired. At times, they're fantastic; at others, disappointingly subpar. On multiple occasions, I've received pepper egg bites instead of the mushroom ones I ordered, which is particularly inconvenient as I dislike peppers.
